Newly renovated, 3 bed-room, 2 bath home located only one block from the Gulf of Mexico making it an easy walk to the beach. Short three block walk to Santa Rosa Sound beach. Includes a fully stocked kitchen to allow for home-styled cooking. Living area and roof deck porches to enjoy the view and sun; breezy downstairs patio to escape the sun and enjoy family. Great stay

We had a great stay. The location is just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. You can see the water from the upstairs balcony. Great for early mornings and late evenings. The house has everything you could want in a rental house. It is so well equipped. From the kitchen items to the beach items you will not find a place that has more. The communication with the owner was right on with no issues. Overall, a great stay!

Annual Family Beach Trip

This was our first time to stay in a beach house and we will continue to do so based on our wonderful experience. Joe was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed. I especially loved the back story to the cottage including the turtles and artwork throughout the house. Everything was super organized and it provide exactly what we hoped for.

Perfect and Cozy

Our family of 4 (kids 13 and 11) stayed here for our first family vacation in years. The house is clean and cozy and the beds were incredible! My kids wanted to take them home. We loved how close the house is to the beach and that came in handy as we were dealing with off and on rain throughout our stay. Despite the rain we had a great vacation and have already started talking about next year!
