The home owner was great to work with. We had some questions before heading down because we had such a long trip. The home owner was very accommodating. Parking is directly in front of the home so no long hikes to get everything into the home. The home is water front which makes it great for the kids to play in when the Gulf is not exactly cooperating. Trolley stops are really close to the property which is a great plus for us. Beach access is from the parking lot of the property. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our week get away. Would definitely recommend.

This is our third stay at this home and we will continue to book it in the future. We live local so we have stayed many places on Pensacola beach. We continue to choose it because of its location, cleanliness and beautiful views of little Sabine. My favorite part is sitting on the balcony with my coffee and watching the Osprys hunt for breakfast every morning. The AC works great and most importantly (because this is hard to find on the beach) the fridge water and ice taste great! I know how crazy that sounds but I love good water lol. My teenagers love the house as well. The kayaks are a fan favorite for my teens who coast around on the water out back. Large garage for your vehicle and quiet neighbors every time we have stayed. You literally can’t go wrong with this place! Thank you for another great Blue Angel weekend! We will be back!
