This beautiful townhouse with an excellent location on Pensacola Beach offers 3 comfortable bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a full size bed for guests. With 3 full bathrooms featuring amenities like bathtubs and showers, this is the perfect rental for a family vacation at the beach. The living room offers additional space with a sofa bed, allowing this rental to accommodate up to eight guests with children or seven adults. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals, with plenty of pantry space. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Pensacola Beach and our townhome has to offer. This unit includes two kayaks with life jackets and paddles, providing hours of entertainment and exercise in the Sabine. Easy Gulf beach access is located just a short walk across the street at a nice boardwalk that leads to white sand, sea-oat covered sand dunes, and the Emerald water of the Gulf. Peg Leg Pete's, one of Pensacola Beach's best seafood restaurants, is just a short walk or drive away. Within walking distance for some (1.2 miles) is the Boardwalk restaurant and entertainment area, the Pier, and Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach's main and most popular beach area. This excellent and convenient location is also close to Fort Pickens for those wanting to bike or explore the historic park and fascinating forts. A bike and walking path lines Fort Pickens Road, making this property excellent for those who want to take relaxing bike rides or strolls through the coastal area. This beautiful townhome has private balconies with views of Little Sabine Bay and some views of the Gulf. It's the perfect place to spend your beach vacation and an excellent location to watch the Blue Angels shows or fireworks from either your private balcony, the large waterfront lawn, or a short walk to the Gulf beaches.

I have four children, and two of them still live in the Pensacola area. We are very knowledgeable about Pensacola Beach and the surrounding region and can definitely help you with any questions you may have while you're planning or during your fun Pensacola Beach vacation!

Why they chose this property

This is one of the best locations on Pensacola Beach in my opinion. You can walk or drive about one mile to the main beach and entertainment at Casino Beach. Peg Leg Pete's, one of the best seafood restaurants on the beach, is a short walk or drive, just a half-mile away. The property is on a quiet stretch of the sabine where you can have access to the waterfront of the sabine, and the Gulf beach is just across the street. At this location you're close to everything, but you can also have some peace and quiet when you want it.

What makes this property unique

The location on Pensacola beach is excellent. The access to the waterfront of the sabine makes this a very special property. This is a newer townhouse that was built in 2007. The townhouse has 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which provides a lot of space for guests. The water views from the rooms and balconies are wonderful, including a Gulf view from the upstairs front bedroom.
