LEPORT RESORT...A GREAT HOUSE AND LOCATION FOR YOUR SUNNY VACATION!


Accommodations: The house is a 4 bedroom/3 bath private home across a street from the Gulf of Mexico. Home is on canal with private dock and boat slip!
The house will accommodate up to 14 adults in beds as well as 2 more on a pull out couch in the living room.
Bedroom 1 - has 1 king size bed

Bedroom 2 - has 1 queen size bed

Bedroom 3 - has 1 queen size bed

Bedroom 4 - has 1 full over full bunk beds and 2 Troendle beds that sleep up to four more. There is a small sink, mini fridge, game table, small L shaped couch and TV. This is a great kids room.

Living room sofa has a queen pull out bed.

Main living area opens to back covered deck and dining area. There are many gathering spaces inside and outside home.

Amenities: beach chairs

Outdoor features: Ample parking, fenced yard area, private dock and boat slip. DOCK IS NOT FOR SWIMMING.

We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and provide starter necessities; such as, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo, coffee filters.

LePort Resort is in the perfect location and provides all that you need to ensure a wonderful beach vacation!

Bring your boat, bathing suit & sunscreen! LePort Resort offers a peaceful setting with many options for a successful vacation on the beach. Just a 3-minute walk to the trolley stop provides free transportation anywhere on the beach. A 5-minute walk and you are on the beach! PegLeg's Restaurant & Bar is a 4-minute walk! Leave LePort Resort for shopping, restaurants & busy tourist spots and return leaving the crowds behind.

Beautiful home right on the marina. Yard is right across the water looking at Peg Leg Pete’s. Very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. My little nephew caught two fish right from the yard the first night we were there. Awesome location!

Great location and lots of room!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Although not directly on the beach, it’s only a short walk away. It’s in a nice neighborhood and has plenty of parking. The hosts were very responsive to questions and when we noted a couple of things that were missing, they took care of it very quickly and completely. There were 2 large dining tables that were very helpful in feeding a large crew and for spreading out to play games.

A piece of paradise, in paradise

The Leport Resort served as the perfect home base for our stay during Blue Angel week. Clean, spacious, and perfect location close to everything the beach has to offer. We loved being able to sit out on the deck and people watch across the water at Peg Leg's while listening to the live music. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect spot to call home while enjoying their beach vacation.

We are a local family. After our children left for college and careers, we decided to share our beach house with vacationers. We now live in Gulf Breeze, just minutes away from LePort Resort. We are blessed to call this area home. Living in paradise is wonderful and we hope our guests find their little piece of paradise here too. My husband is a builder and I own a real estate brokerage firm, Poppy Proeprties. After visiting this beautiful area, some guests decided to buy! Let us know if we can help in anyway!

Why they chose this property

LePort Resort's location is away from the touristy end of the beach. Beach access is right across the street and is typically not crowed. In the afternoons you have the beach to yourself. After dinner, walk or take the free trolley (seasonal) to the last stop on Ft. Pickens Road to watch a spectacular sunset. The trolley driver stops for your viewing pleasure. The layout of this house offers privacy and the upstairs loft area is a great place for the kiddos to hang out.

What makes this property unique

This home provides the ability to bring a boat! We also love the fact that we are not directly on the beach because we enjoy the privacy of not having people in our backyard. Beach front houses are not on private beaches, therefore, they are open to the public both day and night. We love the privacy and flexibility of our location! Walk or take the trolley to fun places and return to a quiet and peaceful home.
