Nicely decorated home with private pool!

Well-decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath on Maldonado Drive, just one block from the beach and Gulf.

Sleeps 11 with a king in master bedroom, a daybed and triple bunk beds in guest bedroom (great for kids), a queen in the 2nd guest bedroom, and a queen futon in the living room. Beautiful tile throughout, granite countertops in kitchen. Comfortable couches in living room. Kitchen has both Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers. The sidewalk leading directly to the beach is next to the house; it is a 1 minute walk, and the sidewalk makes hauling beach gear easy, especially with the included beach wagon.

At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, rinse off with an outdoor shower, have a cookout on the back deck, then enjoy entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the home. The house is very close to restaurants and boardwalk; it is just half a block to the free trolley or a 2 minute drive to the area. The first floor game room has a foosball table, Pop a Shot basketball game, and ping pong table. It even comes with a beach cart, a cooler and various beach toys. Plenty of parking with a double driveway. Gas grill.

Weekend getaway!

We had a great weekend, the property was great even was very nice for our small dog! Pleasantly surprised by the Mardi Gras parade too. We would definitely go again.

Great Beach Vacation House

We have rented three different houses in Pensacola beach. This one was the best. All home rentals were clean and very nice but this one was the best. The thermostat worked perfectly, the pool was clean and refreshing. Location is perfect for us and the home was very nice, easy to live in. Beds and furniture were not all worn out like many rentals are. REALLY PLEASED WITH THIS HOME.

The game room downstairs and the pool provided hours of entertainment on our rainy days. The kitchen is fully stocked for any meal you want to prepare. The board and card games made for fun family evenings. The location is perfect, only 2 minutes to the beach.

We had a wonderful time and the rental was for the most part as expected. The location was great and the rental was clean and well stocked. The only negative was the awful spare bedroom queen bed. It should be thrown away immediately. The rental is way too expensive to have a bed and mattress that bad.

The house is well-stocked, spacious and ideal for families with kids. The game room downstairs and the bunk room provided tons of entertainment, I did not have to pack any toys, lots of beach toys were downstairs. The pool was the deciding factor when booking, it was beyond perfect. Other great things we discovered upon checking in: suuuper clean property, really quick walk to the beach, hose downstairs to rinse after being in the sand, ample parking. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

If I had it to do over again, I would opt to have the heater turned on in the pool. The only complaint I have is that the thermostat is locked and would not go below 73°. I would never be able to stay here during the hotter months because of this, but I would definitely stay here again.

Best overall vacation experience we have had yet. Will be back next year for sure. ONLY complaint, is I wish they would sweep the walk areas (outside) there was broken glass that cut our childs foot. NOT MAJORLY, but just a suggestion.

The management team was very responsive and professional. My one issue is that for a beach house with a pool I was surprised that beach/pool towels were not provided. The kitchen is also poorly stocked with basic spices (non existent salt, pepper. Sugar, oil, etc)

We love the easy access to everything we love about Pensacola- Beach, shops, and food. The home is stocked with plenty of amenities as well. There is plenty of room for our two families of 3 to stay together.

Family Staycation

My family and I rented this beach house for 4th of July through Blue Angel Air Show weekend. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Cons: the kitchen needs more utensils and cookware. We made frozen pizza for lunch and had no baking sheet to place it in or pizza slicer to cut it with. The bathrooms could be a lot cleaner. The guest bath mat looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathtub was clogged. The corners and toilet seat had grime. The guest bedroom with the queen had an awful mattress. It was very used and the springs could be felt. The guest room with the bunks had sand in the sheets. The leather couches could use a good scrubbing as the dirt was very visible. The rail headed downstairs in the front was broken and almost caused a fall. Pros: There is a lot of space for our family of 7-8 adults and a child. We took advantage of the pool after our beach days. The double driveway allowed us to park our vehicles, a trailer, and more grilling. We loved the sidewalk to the beach. It made hauling our beach gear way easier. We also took advantage of the beach wagon. The house is very close to the restaurants and boardwalk. You can walk about a block to the free trolley and hitch a ride or drive the 2 miles to the area. The rec room was useful for when the rain came. We had 7 adults and the youngest was 27. We felt like kids again playing the games. The extra fridge came in handy for pool drinks. Overall, the house needs a good cleaning and more practical supplies for long stays. The space and location made our staycation enjoyable. For our family, we will most likely not rent this house again.
