Included outside is an oversized 13x30 gunite saltwater swimming pool with new landscaping and fully fenced yard. Would you like the pool heated? Starting from scratch, this home has received a complete renovation. All new furnishings, brand new designer kitchen, all new bathrooms, flooring, etc. This home features two private queen bedrooms and two bathroom, one which is shared in the hallway. The other two bedrooms have 1 king, and bedroom 2 has a set of queen over queen bunks. Both bedrooms share a large bath featuring a double vanity and large tiled shower.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large wrap around porches that lead you to the brand new oversized 13x30 gunite saltwater pool with new landscaping and fully fenced yard.
