Pet friendly beach house in gated community of Santa Rosa Villas Estates with panoramic views from the second and third level decks. The top floor has a primary king bedroom and bath as well as a daybed with 2 twin mattresses in the primary closet space and a second queen bedroom both with views of the gulf from your bed the main level has a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with an additional king trundle and twin Murphy bed and main bathroom and living space as well as large well equipped kitchen and 2 dining areas and breakfast bar. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper w/ Serta gel mattress in the living area. The garage is equipped with beach carts, coolers, bicycles, pool and beach toys and beach chairs and an extra refrigerator for ice and drinks. There is a pack n play in the master as well for even the smallest beach goer. Follow the beach path just steps away from the beautiful Gulf or visit the private soundside exclusive to the neighborhood where the beach and calmer waters are great for smaller children and also includes a private fishing pier. Guests agree to the guest rental agreement when the reservation is booked. Community pool just one house away

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out procedures for your departure by 10 am are as follows. Please empty all food out of the refrigerator. If you have anything unopened and wish to leave to be donated please leave
Please empty all trash cans and put all trash in green garbage cans. Recyclables go in the tan can. If you have a pet please make sure all pet waste is double bagged and put in green trash cans.
Beds linens can be left on beds and will be removed and washed by housekeeping All dirty towels should be left in the laundry baskets provided
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Neighborhood has enforced quiet times 10 pm - 9 am Neighborhood does not allow towels or anything else to be hung on the deck railings
Pets must be on a lease at all times and all waste must be picked up Failure to do so will result in additional fees

Perfect Pensacola Beach Experience

The house is so close to the beach, with beautiful views and everything you could need for a relaxing weekend away. The owners left us a thoughtful basket of snacks and some essentials and they were incredibly responsive. Everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach is stocked in the house, and you can't beat how gorgeous Pensacola Beach is. We would definitely stay there again!

Such a fun time!

So wonderful! Location is great. Hosts have everything you could need for beach and pool and more! My only criticism is we came with 2 families (10 ppl total) and description said 5 bedrooms- 5th bedroom was inside the master closet which didn’t go as planned for our group. If the listing said 4 bedrooms it would’ve helped us plan. We made it work! Had a wonderful time. Sharon and Jim were very responsive with everything.

Family getaway

It was the perfect house for our large family. The view was amazing. Short walk across the street to the beach. If we go back to Pensacola we will definitely be staying there again.

Overall great experience. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close enough walk to community pool, with beach access across the street. Far enough away from the busy Pansacola Beach restaurant / shopping area but still a short drive or free trolley ride away.Owners stayed in contact with different happenings in the area. Also was quick to ask if we needed anything.House was well kept up inside with plenty of furnishings. Kitchen was stocked with about any appliance you can think of. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, floats, gas grill available in the garage area. Would stay here again.

Excellent Stay

Cleanliness, minute attention to detail, welcome feeling of VIP, excellent quality of everything inside and out. This house has all a family or party needs to enjoy the best time at the beach which is a 5 minute walk away. Owners are masters at guiding you through the experience of your stay leaving you wanting to come back.

Clean and Comfortable

We were met with a clean smelling joyful place. It was close to the beach, bay and a pool. Water for every need and desire. Kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil anyone would need. We loved it!

Stocked and clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. If we needed anything it was taken care of very promptly. The house especially the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together as a family. The only thing someone might need to know about is the 5th bedroom is in the master closet. It would be great for small children. Great location!

Second time here!

This is our second stay at this house. Both times for a soccer tournament, and the house is amazing. Sharon is a great host and communicator. As long we have tourneys in Pensacola we will stay here. Girls won the tourney as well 🙂

Perfect beach house

Attention to detail was amazing. The welcome basket was the first of many extras!!! The house was well furnished including beach chairs, toys, bicycles etc. We were very satisfied and would rent again in a minute. The owner even allowed a late check out since our flights were at 6.

Family friendly

The property's location is great. The owner gave us a generous welcome basket. The only thing I would say that was misrepresented was the AMOUNT of beach toys, chairs, bikes, a beach caddy, coolers- there was so much- the owner is generous to share most of what was in the garage. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the area, and we would consider it, again, as well!

Fabulous

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Quiet neighborhood and secure. House was better than I expected and very close to both the beach and bay. Loved waking up with a view of the water over the ocean. Welcome basket was super appreciated. Plenty of room to spread out. Sharon was a great host. House is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Beautiful home with amazing quiet beach

We has a great stay. Sharon was an amazing host. We did have a small issue with the kitchen cabinet and they rushed over to fix it. The house was well stocked with kitchen gear, beach items and linens. We really enjoyed the beach which was quiet, beautiful and clean. My husband had a medical issue while we were there and they we very kind and accommodating for us to stay longer than planned. It is helpful that they live around the corner and are there to help with any questions or concerns.

Beautiful cozy home- close to the beach and lots of extras

Sharon was a wonderful Host. She is very responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. She greeted us with a basket of goodies and cookies :). She had lots of extras that we did not expect, some of which included beach toys, chairs, wagons, umbrellas, etc. this house was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was very peaceful and we always felt safe and at home. Thank you Sharon!

Perfect location for family vacation

We loved our stay at Sharon‘s house! The location is fantastic, being right across the street from the Gulf and one block away from the sound on the other side. There’s a sandy path right across the neighborhood driveway that takes you right to the beach. On the sound side, the small beach and pier were perfect for the little ones in our group. The house had more than we were expecting, specifically all the beach chairs, toys, rafts, bikes in the garage and all the kitchen needs you can think of. Sitting on one of the 2 balconies was a wonderful to relax and look out to the Gulf. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Loved it!!

They were five of us staying in the property and we all loved it! It was much closer to the beach than I thought it was based on the pictures. The only hiccup was not having enough beach umbrellas for shade. Unfortunately I believe previous renters left broken umbrellas in the garage. This was the only 'negative'. The house was very roomy, in a nice neighborhood, and very close to everything on the beach strip. It was very nicely decorated and taken care of. We would most definitely go back!!

Perfect!

This property had everything we wanted and more. Clean, nicely decorated, stocked with the necessities, a very short walk to both the Gulf and Sound, dog friendly, just a short drive away from the party end of the peninsula and many other attractions. The big surprise was that everything you would need for outdoor activities was provided - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, sand toys, pool toys, bikes (about six) and more. We had one very minor problem with a clogged drain (the hazard of living in a sandy environment) and the property manager responded immediately. Great job! I could go on and on about how great this place was. We would rent here again.

Beach FUN

This house is located at the quiet end of Pensacola Beach but close enough to the activities if you want them. Sharon was very attentive to all our needs and very easy to work with! We were greeted with a basket full of goodies and the cookies were a hit after a long drive! We happened to come during a very wet week but the house was well stocked with games/toys etc. for the younger kids. The kitchen also has many types of appliances from a fondue pot, crock-pot to an air fryer. :) We definitely got our exercise in from climbing stairs and hiking to the beach. This was a very good thing for these northerners who had a very long winter! The bikes were used and so much fun to have something else to do. Having access to the sound was so nice too. Our days were full and Sharon makes this all even easier by providing all kinds of fun things to do at the beach/house. She has beach accessories and the beach sled/wagon made it easier transporting everything. We would definitely consider staying here another time if we venture to Pensacola Beach!

Fantastic place! Fantastic location! Fantastic owners! My family and I loved our stay here. The house offers more than you could imagine! Amenities galore! Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Quiet and uncrowded beach just across the street and the bay side out back was awesome as well. The owners were absolutely wonderful to answer any questions quickly and provided a very nice welcome basket upon our arrival. 5 out of 5 in every category!

Here for the Blues

Nice house and quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay if you want to be outside of the busy area but close enough to bike in or drive. The Blue Angels are visible when flying over beach.

Family Getaway

We had a wide range of age ranges and with the extra "beach toys"; bicycles and pool accessories everyone had what they needed for walk to the Gulf; Sound and pool and the "toys" they wanted for their water play! Convenient to groceries and shopping was a short drive away.

Outstanding Host and Great Property

This host provides everything you would need, and then some! Great location in a gated community, a plethora of beach equipment provided in the garage, and a nice/spacious house for a large group.

Location very convenient to beach and short walk to dog park. The neighborhood was nice and included a delightful pier on the bay side; fantastic access to new years fireworks display. The house was well equipped/nice complement of snacks /items upon check in. No Tv streaming The bathroom setup can be awkward for upstairs guests to thru master

Thanksgiving celebration

We had a good stay. We love this location as it is steps from the Gulf and Sound. House was clean, kitchen had more than ample dishes, cookware, etc... the garage has so many toys for the beach, bikes, chairs it's nothing like any other rental we have booked. We had an issue with the heat while there and the owners took care of it quickly. We had a welcome basket upon arrival that was so thoughtful and a great touch! We enjoyed ourselves so much we are looking at dates to come back. Would rent again for sure.
