We have stayed at many VRBO’s. This one was by far the best we have visited. Everyone in our group loved the location, the house and the pool. The house and pool are even better in person than the pictures.

Excellent house! Beach access was close and the pool is beautiful. House is stocked and has everything a large group or two families needs. One thing you don’t think about and I really appreciated is an adequate number of outdoor trash cans! I have been to many large houses with one trash can. 9 people produce a lot of trash. Thanks Greg! Great host and awesome home. We will be back!

This was for an annual girls trip, and our first time in Pensacola (we had gone to PCB prior to this), and this was by far one of the nicest places we stayed. Before the trip, the owner, Greg was quick to respond to questions and was willing to let us check in a little early. It was clean, beautiful and well maintained. There were plenty of chairs and beach towels and wagons for us to use... and with any small concerns we had while we were there, Greg showed up and took care of them. We'd go back here in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful family trip to Pensacola and this house was perfect for us! It was very clean and looks even better in person than in the photos! We loved having the pool to enjoy and the beach is just a short walk. We will definitely be back!

Great house with pool and awesome outdoor space under house!

We enjoyed our stay! The house fit us well and was a super quick and easy walk to the beautiful beach. The pool and outdoor area with deck and great furniture was great! It was well set up for a large group!
