An amazing contemporary home located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing views from both large, tiled decks. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, twin pull out sofa with private bath with twin sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed and full private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top , full sized mattress and pull out twin. . There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large bar with 4 chair seating area and dining room table for 8. smart TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms. 2nd floor sunset deck over-looks private pool. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas , floats and a variety of beach toys and beach wagon , adult bicycles , 2 children bicycles , helmets and 2 paddle boards and 1 surfboard all available at no charge ! Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and all decks security gate. The fee is $ 175 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. We do not charge for wedding, birthday or any events you may like to have. This is a nonsmoking house, smoking is permitted only in pool area. We had a beautiful weeklong stay with three generations of family in attendance. The yard is lovely and well maintained, the walk to the beach is very short, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful trip -- would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, spacious, and convenient to beach access describe the beach house. Love the pool!! Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, and utensils. Host was very accommodating and friendly.

The property was as described in the description with VRBO. Very clean and well taken care of. Living room and terrace furniture was updated. This place is beautiful and relaxing. It's everything I wanted it to be. The host, Elizabeth, was very nice. I arrived a little earlier and got the pleasure of meeting her. You could not ask for a better host. Beach view was awesome and the pool area was tropical and relaxing. I give it 10 out of a 10. Elizabeth, thank you for sharing this lovely house for visitors.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

What an amazing thanksgiving on the beach! From booking online through the checkout process, everything was perfect. Lynn was wonderful to work with and the house was just as described. Fully stocked with whatever you can imagine that you would need. Clean, quiet, peaceful and the perfect location. We enjoyed the beach and the pool equally, along with all three patios that were perfect for morning coffee and late night relaxation. Definitely planning on staying there again!

Wonderful experience

We so enjoyed this house! Perfect spot next to the beach. Amazing pool and the homeowners were so accommodating, even brought over a thermometer when our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Highly recommend.

This home’s location to the beach was amazing! They had a VERY well-stocked closet with all of the pool/beach toys and equipment you would need. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay as well. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The location is great and the house was perfect for our family.

The stay was exactly what we hoped for. Great communication from the owner who even went out of their way to drop off a pack n play for our toddler so we didn’t have to fly with one. The house was great, right across the street from the beach, and the heated pool was a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Early check in for tired family with small children driving a long way! Gracious hospitality by owners. Location awesome! Beach and pool just right there without the hassle of other vacationers. Comfy beautiful decor. Sea breeze on all balconies for a true beach experience!

By far our favorite beach house!

We had the most amazing time at the Sunshine Beach House. The accommodations were perfect and the location couldn't be beat. The heated pool was amazing. The kids loved every minute that they were in the pool because they weren't cold! We were able to bring our two dogs and they hated to leave as much as we did. Elizabeth was an incredible host and we are already planning our next trip back to this house!

Wonderful

The house had everything we needed, and if it didn’t, Elizabeth fulfilled our requests in minutes. She was very accommodating. The beach is closer than it looks in the pictures and an easy walk. Pensacola is a great place to stay with fun restaurants and shopping. Enjoy!

Awesome rental.

A+ VRBO rental!! Only one small issue that was taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this house for anyone that has a pet . Fenced in back yard/ pool area with gates on decks in front and back to keep Fido corralled. Beds were very comfortable and all amenities were above average.

Hated to leave!

Beautiful, well decorated and well stocked house with great view. Our dogs loved the fenced back yard. The pool was a great way to socially distance from Labor Day beach crowds. Perfect location in a nice neighborhood. Great selection of bikes, beach supplies and pool toys. We were pleasantly surprised by the cavernous walk in closet upstairs. We are already looking to book Sunshine Beach House next year!

Perfect location

We love staying in this area of Pensacola Beach and have stayed on this same street several times. We’ve stayed in larger homes in the area but this time it was just our family (four people) so we didn’t need a huge house. This was perfect for us. The back yard and pool are awesome and look to have been updated recently. The beach access is just two houses away so it’s super easy to get to the beach. The house is well stocked with beach stuff. A great wagon, plenty of chairs and beach toys. The beach and pool are certainly the highlights of the property. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of dining space and nice furniture inside. This was perfect for our needs and we’ll definitely stay here again if we head back down with a smaller group.

Absolutely wonderful

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Like all the previous reviews have mentioned, this house checks every box. It was so well stocked with kitchen wares, beach toys, bikes, soap, and even toilet paper! The home is cozy and has tons of seating both inside and outside. The beautiful home, saltwater pool, ocean view, the sound of the waves, and the delightful smell of the ocean air was just what our family needed to relax and unwind. Our family has been vacationing in the area for 16 years and this place has become our favorite. Elizabeth and Lynn were such a pleasure to work with and were so accommodating. They truly want the best for their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and look forward to when we get to return!
