An ideal house for small events, this 2,920 square foot home sleeps up to 14 people and is directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

The front entrance at 1004 Ariola Drive, with its grand double staircase and wrap around porch, leads into the open and spacious kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen, furnished with stainless appliances, lots of prep area, and a large breakfast bar, opens up into the living/dining space. This space includes three comfy couches, an arm chair, and a dining table seating up to 10 people.

The master bedroom is located off the living area. This bedroom opens to the Gulf side deck, and the huge master bath features two pedestal sinks, separate shower and garden tub, and an oversized walk-in closet. A short hallway past this bedroom leads to a large laundry room. Across the living room, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and large private bath. Bedroom 3 has two sets of twin bunk beds. Here there is a large hall bath that also services the living area. Bedroom 4, also known as “kid paradise,” is located up the stairs on its own upper level. This bedroom has a twin bed, another bunk bed with twin on top and Full on the bottom, and an additional Full bed. The windows in this bedroom overlook the great room downstairs. The large hall bath has a double vanity and the arched windows on this level make it a very unique space.

The Gulf side deck offers a full sized dining table, a gas grill, and lots of seating. There is an outdoor shower and the covered area below the house is large and open for lots of parking or event space.
