An Incredible location with splendid views of the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico and our snow white sand. This beautiful well appointed and comfortable, luxury home will provide you with the perfect vacation and wanting to come back time and time again.

The breezy three-story interior features plenty of room to spread out, with an open-concept main floor designed for comfortable group gatherings. Whip up family style meals with ease in the well-sticked full kitchen and relax in the living room and Gulf Front Deck.

There are 2 master bedrooms... treat yourself to our spacious master on the upper level with a private bathroom and balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The second master bedroom is located on the main level with a private bathroom.

The best is yet to come…..90 steps to the waters edge from our deck with stairs leading down to beach sand…..Sunrise and sunset on the deck while watching out for dolphins is an experience to be enjoyed each day…

The ground floor outside shower is there to leave the sand where it belongs. An added convenience is our 4 car garage …..an extra refrigerator for the refreshments or extra food for your fun vacation. State of the Art… Washer and Dryer and a Keyless entry make this the seamless ..no fuss start to your vacation.

We want to make sure that every night sleep leaves you waking relaxed and excited to experience your day. Our mattresses are “Westin Heavenly Bed” and our luxurious sheets are used by “The Ritz Carlton Hotels”


Our gorgeous townhome is the perfect location for family and friends to meet and reacquaint....... you will never feel like leaving....Samsung Smart TV's within every room …..the dining and kitchen area are made for entertaining and memorable dinners together.....all you need is a happy outlook...after all this is your vacation. The large deck off the living room with tables and chairs to accommodate 10 comfortably as….. for those evening dinners is a must.

Perfect beach getaway

Absolutely loved this property for a trip with a few friends to celebrate getting past a work deadline. It’s right on the beach so it’s not a long walk and easy to go back in if you need a break or to get food. Super easy check in and out process and they had everything we needed. The home was gorgeous and has amazing views. Perfect to sit outside and have coffee in the morning and relax.

Perfect Location

This was a the perfect location for me and my friends to vacation at! The owner was super responsive and made sure we were always good. Alongside the owner being amazing, this was a prime location for a vacation. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful view. The home was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay for blue angels weekend

We had a great time with family. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the location on the beach. The garage had an extra fridge which came in handy and there was a closet full of beach chairs, floats, a cooler and anything else you could need for your beach vacation. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our Happy Place

This is our family's favorite place to go and spend time at the beach. We've been staying here each summer for 5+ years and it feels like home to us. We love it and appreciate the owner's sharing it and making it available for us to enjoy. Can't wait to go back next year!

Great location plenty of space for everyone! Large kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with owner was timely and she made it easy. Charlize is a great host. Loved that all the beach toys and equipment was available for use. WE WILL BE BACK!

Absolutely loved this property!!!

This was a perfect place for our vacation. The condo was clean, spacious, well decorated and very functional. The back deck’s stairs literally drop you on the beach 25 yards from the ocean. The beach has amazing white sand and the ocean and waves are great. The location is also ideal. Far enough (5 minutes) from the islands main activity hub to be peaceful but yet close enough for convenience. We like the place so much that we researched the possibility of purchasing. We will be back and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

I found my reoccurring rental!

The townhouse was amazing. It was very clean, VERY well decorated, and the ease of the beach access is unbeatable. Charlize was SO accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will absolutely rent here every time I come back to Pensacola! PS - the beds (and sheets) in every room felt like sleeping on a cloud! It was the icing on the cake to how much my girlfriends and I loved the place. Thank you for everything, Charlize!

Lovely beach stay

We had a small family gathering for a week- with adults and teens- and had a terrific time. The home is just like the pictures. The best thing is the access to the beach which is gorgeous and the water is clear and perfect. The next best thing about this home is the gear in the basement closet that we relied on for seating and shade and fun in the water. The porch is a great set up for meals and hanging around and the grill is great (if you have a chance to pick up seafood fresh from Joe Patti’s over the bridge- we highly recommend it). The view from the upstairs master bedroom is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and pots and pans etc.. Bring your own shampoo and indoor games (although we did enjoy a week of dominoes). Overall- a perfect fit for our family getaway.

Very responsive owner

This was our second summer staying at this property, it has one of the shortest walks to the water I have seen. There was plenty room for our big family. When we arrived we noticed that the unit had not been cleaned, so we contacted the owner and she was very responsive in getting someone out to clean ASAP. She is looking to change her cleaning service to ensure they are reliable so that does not happen again. She offered to treat us to dinner for the inconvenience but we had already prepared and brought food, so she gave us a partial refund. If you are looking for a large unit with a short walk to the water and a very responsive owner, this is it!

Pensacola Beach

We loved this property, located right on the beach! It had everything we needed for nights we stayed in and cooked, including a gas grill on the deck. The beach was not overly crowded like the high rise condos always are. We will rent this property again if it’s available for our next trip.

Wonderful place to stay at Pensacola Beach!

Great communication with the property owner. A great place to stay literally steps away from the gulf. Plenty of room for our 7 adult family members and our grandson. The best part, at least to me, you’re 3 miles away from all the commercial parts of Pensacola, so you pretty much have the beach to yourself. It was pretty nice having your own space at the beach. Highly recommend this property!!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this property! It was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the beach and ocean.The property owner communicated with us the first day to make sure all was well.Everything was clean and just like the pictures. We brought some sand toys for the kids but the closet was full of floats and toys that others had left behind. We also left ours so others could enjoy!I would highly recommend this property!

Beach vacation

This location is the best. You are truly right on the beach - no elevators or lobbies or boardwalks to go through - you just step out of the condo and you’re on the beach. This property is well stocked with everything you need. It’s very spacious and very comfortable.
