Gorgeous Gulf View Home with Private POOL! You won't find another home like this anywhere!

Your family will enjoy this bright and delightful four-bedroom, three-bath Gulf view vacation home. Appropriately named, The Hip*Nautic, with new wood plank flooring throughout the entire living areas, remodeled modern kitchen, and abundant windows, it provides the tropical beach setting and comfort desired while staying at the beach.

To soak in the sunshine and salty air, there are large elevated decks on the south and east sides of the home as well as large grassy lawn areas for outdoor enjoyment. There is also a paved beach path leading directly to the Gulf from the home which makes it convenient for families with children or simply wheeling your toys and coolers.

Inside the home, the dining area is on your right as you enter the home and the well equipped kitchen separates the living areas. The family living area is located directly behind the kitchen and even offers a wet bar with under counter fridge and ice maker for entertaining. The four-bedroom set up is ideal for multiple families or adult privacy. The master bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV is located in west corner of the home with large master bathroom. There are two queen bedrooms on each side of the home and the baths are conveniently located between both. One queen bedroom is located near the master and has a bathroom adjacent. The other queen bedroom feels like a second master which includes a flat screen and located next to bunk style room with a twin over full bunk with twin trundle.

This home offers garage parking and additional parking outside the garage for four to six cars on the concrete parking pad. For indoor entertainment, there are smart TV’s, blu-ray player and a ping pong table for family tournaments! Gas grill.

The home has everything we needed and was a perfect set-up for the gathering. We really enjoyed the open floorplan, convenient sparkling pool, and close proximity to the beach(just a 5 minute walk till toes in the water). This was our second trip to this particular home and we're talking about booking it again for next year while there's still availability! Air condition went out but the property management team were quick to get someone out to fix it. Front door was hard to open and close as well as the dresser in master bedroom. Grill burners need to be replaced. Loved the pool and it came in handy with rough conditions at the beach.

However, the place has some weaknesses: two of three bathroom fans inoperable, pool is not heated (unusable in early April even for kids), not one baking dish, broom but no dustpan to pick up dirt, the only screened windows are not to be opened so the only fresh air coming in is by opening doors which let bugs in.

Good stay and location but noisy beds.

We really liked the location and the interior space. Please note beds are very noisy and sound like laying on plastic. They have box springs. Every time someone moves they make a noise. We checked them all and only the bunk bed was on a hunky board and didn’t s heal. It says it’s sleep 10-12 people but but I would say only 8. They offered roll away. Which I can’t imagine those being comfortable. The layout is great for lots of people.

Reviewer Comments: This layout of this home was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. They have definitely been remodeling parts of this home to bring it more up to date. The kitchen/wet bar area worked well. Master bathroom is nicely updated but the other two bathrooms are not. They redid the decking on the wrap around porch and have newer outdoor furniture which is better than the pictures. The kitchen cooking supplies are minimal-one potholder, no crockpot, no 9x13 pan. There are no stocked supplies. We loved having the pool and ping pong table to enjoy our time at the house. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and easy. The beach area is much less crowded than the ones at the ends of the street. Someone had left a beach wagon and a few chairs which were nice to use. Mattresses were not the greatest and very squeaky. Blinds on the windows are paper thin so if light bothers you, we recommend bringing some portable black out shades. Despite a few quirks, I would recommend this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Hip*Nautic was awesome! It was a great location with a little pathway close by that led straight to the beach. The pool was a great addition as well as the furniture around the pool. The ping pong table kept our teenagers busy for hours on the days it rained. The house was clean, the air conditioning and internet worked very well and it was nice to have a tv that had Netflix and other apps so we could watch movies during the rainy days (we've been at other houses where the TV and/or cable did not work). There was plenty of furniture and was in good condition. The ice machine was a nice feature. The kitchen/dining area had plenty of room for all of us (7 in our party). There were plenty of pots/pans, dishes and appliances for use and were all in good condition. There was a trolley stop not far from the house which was convenient to go to the Boardwalk. We enjoyed the restaurants at the Boardwalk including Papa's Pizza which is AWESOME, as well as Hooters and Flounders. We've rented 3 properties over the years and this has been our favorite so far! Paradise Beach Homes is who we always rent through because they have great customer service and are always friendly and professional! Thanks for another great vacation Paradise Beach Homes!
