Great vacation spot and clean comfortable home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hip Nautic was a great place for our family vacation! Clean, comfortable and easy beach access! Beach supplies such as chairs, carts and kites were provided. Wish the outdoor shower was private and actually worked but the hose was there and it gave us a place to rinse our feet when we returned from the beach. Trash cans next to shower take away from the appeal. Nice pool with lots of seating.

M1409 great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home is great, one thing we did not like is there is no direct access to the backyard. If you have an animal you have to take them down steps, then go into back yard. Loved the fact no carpet at all. Access to beach, but the beach only has designated areas for dogs. Unless service dog.

Best family beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been doing family vacations with our kids& grandbaby for few years. This was the best one yet. The Hip nautic fit our whole family with extra room to space out. The basement was fun for the older ones to hang out and play cards and ping pong. The beach chairs and wagon were convenient. The location was close to beach. The private pool was our favorite so we could all swim, and enjoy the pool together and teach the baby to swim without worrying about others. The house was beautiful. We definitely will be back in the future.
Response from VrboOwner on 16 June 2026
We absolutely love hearing this! Knowing that this was your best family vacation yet is such a wonderful compliment. It sounds like The Hip Nautic was the perfect place for making memories with your kids and grandbaby, and we're so glad everyone had space to relax, have fun, and enjoy time together. We're thrilled you enjoyed the pool, the game area, and all the little extras that helped make your stay special. Thank you for choosing Paradise Beach Homes, and we can't wait to welcome your family back for another unforgettable vacation. Paradise Beach Homes

Better than Advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall great stay at 1409. The kitchen/living area was completely renovated and better than the photos. Easy walk to the beach and a great pool! The only MINOR downside was the deck had some unevenness in the boards and I worried about little toes getting stubbed....like I said, minor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the Hip Nautic for a week long family gathering at the beach. The home has everything we needed and was a perfect set-up for the gathering. We really enjoyed the open floorplan, convenient sparkling pool, and close proximity to the beach(just a 5 minute walk till toes in the water). This was our second trip to this particular home and we're talking about booking it again for next year while there's still availability! We appreciate letting us rent your beautiful home and look forward to next time, thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Hip Nautic. The house is prettier in person than online . Paradise rentals communications was very good. Distance to beach is close and beach itself is perfect with very few people. Kitchen is in need of more supplies and yard fence has spots where dog could get out. Other than that we would definitely rent here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the rental company and the house, with one exception. The queen bed in the front bedroom had a box spring that squeaked any time either person in the bed moved. The mattress was very well worn also. The house and pool were otherwise amazing. Very comfortable and felt like home. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great trip but had several issues with the house. Air condition went out but the property management team were quick to get someone out to fix it. Front door was hard to open and close as well as the dresser in master bedroom. Grill burners need to be replaced. Loved the pool and it came in handy with rough conditions at the beach.

Okay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, open living space and outdoor deck provides plenary of space to spread out, and beds are comfortable. However, the place has some weaknesses: two of three bathroom fans inoperable, pool is not heated (unusable in early April even for kids), not one baking dish, broom but no dustpan to pick up dirt, the only screened windows are not to be opened so the only fresh air coming in is by opening doors which let bugs in.

Good stay and location but noisy beds.

We really liked the location and the interior space. Please note beds are very noisy and sound like laying on plastic. They have box springs. Every time someone moves they make a noise. We checked them all and only the bunk bed was on a hunky board and didn’t s heal. It says it’s sleep 10-12 people but but I would say only 8. They offered roll away. Which I can’t imagine those being comfortable. The layout is great for lots of people.
