You are going to love this beautifully renovated vacation rental condo. This stunning 9th-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, Majestic Sun 905A, vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort will kick start your vacation when you walk in the door to see the fresh and inviting colors throughout. It offers beach views from all common areas and the private balcony! With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.

Upon entering this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, make your way straight to the living and dining room area and take in the breathtaking view of the sugary soft white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The updated living area has an HDTV, a queen-size sleeper, as well as access to the private balcony with lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family meal and has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom with double vanities. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. Each bedroom is decorated in nautical colors that are perfect for a beach vacation. This vacation rental condo offers a washer and dryer in the unit and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf car rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

The condo was very well equipped and was decorated very nicely. The only other thing I would comment on is the 2nd bathroom has a single light over the sink and it is fairly dark in there

Beautiful Property

The property was decorated beautifully. The kids loved the bunk room. The resort pool was awesome! It was in a great location. The a/c couldn’t be turned above 72, so it was pretty warm at night, which was the only thing I didn’t like about the property. We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately with the AC in a high rise condo in Florida if the air is set below 72 and there is constant movement in and out of the condo or if a door is left open the unit will freeze up. Excellent communication and responsiveness between me, the client, and the rental agency. All questions answered immediately. If looking for tiny suggestions, not imperatives, a box of Kleenex would be nice and lighting could be brighter in the kitchen overhead light, and if possible a small lamp provided in the guest bedroom. Very happy with rental very comfortable beds, linens and towels. Excellent overall!!! This is my second or 3rd stay with Glass Casa, they are a Class Act.

Even with cooler weather nothing dampened our abilities to participate in outdoor activities. The rental office staff answered all questions or concerns immediately. Using the indoor pool was a big plus as well as the workout facilities. The bunkbed mattresses were extremely comfortable for adults as well as children. (very surprised about how good the bunk bed mattresses were). Cannot wait to return.

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the photos which were beautiful were deceiving. The unit is VERY small and narrow and the most disappointing asepect was the air conditioning. My family sleeps in a cold house and the temperature was borderline miserable. The unit failed to cool down at night and you are warned numerous times to not go below a certain degree. The furniture was great, modern and clean decor. The Guest bedroom prvoides 2 bunk beds with the bottom bunks literally sitting on the floor. THe masterbedroom's bed was surprisingly comfortable. Location overall good. Does not offer beach chair service, but rather provides use of beach chairs and umbrella you have to carry and set up daily yourself. The living room has a very high lip on the sliding door which was dangerous as we tripped a few times. The tv is closed behind a boken tv cabinet. We didn't watch tv for fear it would break even more and we would be responsible for the expense. I did not like the check in process, although convienent very impersonal. Everything was completed per the app and the constant notifications felt like we were rushed. It was a fairly expensive 3 nights for such little amenities.

We want to thank you for your suggestions & feedback. Rest assured the photos depict this unit accurately & were just taken June 2020. In the photos you can see that the bottom bunk beds do sit fairly low but not directly on the floor as it does sit on the bed frame. I believe the owner chose these types of bunk beds to allow more head space on the top bunk. The lip on the sliding glass doors are accustomed for the hurricane proof sliding glass doors that are installed in all the units at Majestic Sun. While this rental does not offer free beach service we do state in our description that this unit comes with 2 backpack beach chairs & an umbrella for our guest to use. We are sorry to hear that the check-in process was impersonal to you, but with everything going on due to COVID-19 we have actually received great feedback with our remote access check-in process to avoid any contact with our guest. However, our office is conveniently located in the B lobby & while we continue to practice social distancing we ask that guest only access our office (should they feel the need to) with a mask. The notifications from the mobile app are to keep you in the loop & notified during your stay, however, we have taken your suggestion & limited the number of notifications that are now sent out & want to apologize if this made you feel rushed, as it was never our intentions. The Resort offers several amenities in itself along with many more perks that we offer as an individual company. Feel free to check back with us for different stay dates when it’s not peak season (Summer) as our rates tend to be lower in the off season. Thank you for letting us know about the broken TV stand. However, we certainly could have had maintenance come take a look at that right away. For any future stays with us again, please let us know of any issues right away so that we can be sure to make it right! Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony, the place was equipped with everything we needed. The dishwasher wasn’t working when we got there but maintenance came right away and fixed it. The only thing my husband didn’t like was the tv was in a Armoire& the doors stick out so you can only see the tv if your sitting on the couch. Very comfortable beds: We hope to come back next year

Not quite as clean as I would have liked, but not nasty dirty either. Some minor annoyances, broken pan/pot handles, bedroom TV randomly shutting off, fold in an area rug catching on bedroom door.... Room could use a little updating. Overall satisfied. The condo is right by the beach. Easy access to everything. We really enjoyed the stay.

Reviewer Comments: One of the bathrooms had hair in the drain upon arrival and the king size comforter had some sticky stuff on it. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay.

Great Beach front Apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything in the unit was great. A few minor cosmetic issues, but overall it is well maintained and we had a great experience. The view of this apartment is beautiful, is is spacious, has all the essentials you need to have a great stay (kitchenware, W&D, towels, beach chairs, etc.) close to everything and the amenities are also great.

Perfect!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. Close to the beach. Close to stores, a beach bar and two restaurants. Lots of people, but not over crowded. Felt safe. We will be back.
