Magnificent apartment near the beach. (a700 meters)
It consists of two floors. 1 cozy and independent bedroom. with 150x2 bed, mattress and latex pillows, built-in wardrobe, bedding, duvet, iron and ironing board, ceiling fan, safe and plenty of storage.
1 bathroom with shower and screen and hairdryer and towels.
1 bright and spacious living room with 140x2 sofa bed, plasma TV with satellite, wifi and ceiling fan. Well-equipped kitchenette with hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need for 4 people.
Terrace with table, 4 chairs and small private garden. Perfect for couples with 1 or 2 children.
We have a cot on request. Babies and children up to 7 years free, from 8 years, the charge applies as an additional person.
It is located in a private urbanization, quiet and guarded by security cameras, with gardens, swimming pool for adults and children.
100 meters from shopping centers supermarkets and entertainment venues. It is a perfect area for family vacations, relaxing on the beach, practicing water sports and enjoying a pleasant climate all year round.

Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich in einer sicheren ruhigen Lage. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr bemüht und geben viele Tipps. Wegbeschreibung, Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe perfekt. Fußläufig ist der Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto kommt an an jeden Punkt der Insel für einen Zagesausflug. Kann es nur empfehlen, dort zu übernachten.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung mit einer kleinen Terrasse liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Die Terrassenmöbel (ein kleiner runder Tisch und vier Stühle aus Metall) sind alt und unbequem. Das Geschirr ist je 4 x da, Tassen und Teller sind angeschlagen und sehr einfach. Reinigungsutensilien sind vorhanden aber sollten besser nicht genutzt werden da z. T. (Besen, Schaufel, Wischmopp) alt und dreckig. Ein Staubsauger fehlt. Das Bett/Matratze waren gut und auch das Internet war schnell. Der Gesamteindruck ist aus unserer Sicht eher nicht zu empfehlen.

piccolo appartamento attrezzato

Siamo stati recentemente ospiti in questo piccolo appartamento che si trova in un complesso di casette a schiera. E' come si vede nelle fotografie, al piano terra un piccolo ingresso con cucinetta, al piano superiore una stanza da letto con il bagno. C'è tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria per cucinare e nel complesso residenziale c'è un piccolo supermercato comodo per acquistare qualcosa. C'è anche la piscina, non tenuta benissimo, però si possono usare gli sdraio ed è una alternativa alla spiaggia quando c'è troppo vento. Si può arrivare a piedi alla spiaggia in 10-12 minuti, però non è tanto bella, ci sono spiagge senz'altro migliori andando verso Jandia, ad esempio Risco del Paso. Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento ci sono hotel, negozi, servizi vari.

schöne Anlage, ruhig, alles da und funktioniert, freundlich und unkompliziert

Costa Calma das ideale Winterdomizil. Schöne gepflegte Anlage, ruhige Lage, freundliche Vermieter. Individuelles Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Wifi und Frühstück in der Sonne auf der eigenen Terasse. Wir kommen wieder.

Perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta. Muy cerca de comercios y a pocos minutos de unas playas amplias. Sin ningún problema para aparcar en una zona muy tranquila. El apartamento está muy completo, con muchos accesorios para la cocina, ropa de cama y toallas. Además, Paula, esta siempre disponible para hacer que tu estancia sea la más cómoda posible. Hemos pasado una vacaciones inolvidables. Es un apartamento muy recomendable. Si volvemos a Fuerteventura, ya sabemos donde está nuestra "casa". Muchas gracias a Paula por todo, esperamos que volvamos a vernos.

ottima sistemazione a costa Calma

L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla di Costa Calma, a pochi minuti di auto dalla famosa spiaggia di sotavento. La casa è dotata dell'attrezzatura necessaria per ogni bisogno e corrisponde alle foto ed a quanto indicato nella descrizione. Paula, la proprietaria, è una persona disponibile che ci ha dato numerosi consigli per visitare la zona. Consigliato.
