We welcome you to explore the beauty and small town charm of Historic Downtown Hendersonville. Whether you are looking for a family getaway, girls retreat, or boys weekend we have the perfect space for you. Our location is prime for walking to town to explore multiple breweries, shop and dine on Main Street, or children's museums and aquarium. Our home is suited for families or groups of people with common areas and private bathrooms. Relax on our multiple porches and soak in the view.
We offer 4 spacious bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, outside seating/deck area. The floor plan of this home is identical to the floor plan of our other listing "Captain's View". It is also directly next door to "Captain's View". The properties combined can accommodate up to 20 guests.

After Christmas Trip

This home is beautiful and super clean! There was plenty of room for all 4 adults and 5 kids. The TVs throughout the house were nice to have! The property owner supplies everything you’d need to start your trip and even some things that you maybe forgot to pack! Beautiful view of the mountains and downtown Hendersonville. We absolutely loved this house and enjoyed our stay!!

Great place for a mini family reunion!

We rented two houses from the same owner. Both well- equipped, clean, comfortable. Having them next door to each other was perfect for our group.

I am a Virginia native and North Carolina lover and resident. My husband and I have lived in Hendersonville since 2008. I am an elementary school teacher locally. We believe Hendersonville is a great town to raise our children. We have been in the short term rental business for several years and commit to providing the best experience that we can. Our rentals are professionally cleaned by a local woman that does a fantastic job. The $150 cleaning fee goes entirely to her. Thank you for considering our property.
