Magnificent house hidden away in the heart of downtown Marseille. This superb renovation was carried out in this former nuns' house. You'll feel right at home in Provence. You'll enjoy a charming terrace.
The first floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen and living room, TV area, bathroom (shower) and WC. Upstairs, 2 fantastic bedrooms await you for peaceful nights. It's an atypical place that invites you to rest and discover.

The commercial life is lively, thanks to the presence of numerous brasseries, exceptional bakeries and concept stores.
We recommend a visit to the Palais Longchamp: one of the most beautiful monuments of the Second Empire, but above all a must-see in the neighborhood.

La Petite Provence "This stay was very nice for three people. We are traveling all over France this summer and this is the first stay that I can confidently say I would book again. The property was beautiful and we felt very safe in terms of location and privacy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the terrace/patio was so beautiful!
Please keep in mind that the owners live in a house across the property so this might not be fit for people who do not like to see the owners- we didn’t mind this at all."

Over all our stay in Marseille was very nice and the location at "little Provence" was one of the very reasons. We travelled with 3 persons which was the perfect size for the apartment. Everything was cleaned up when we arrived. Kitchen is well equipped (though missing a dishwasher). Having breakfast and dinner outside was lovely.is aQuarter

Very Cute Property
Overall we enjoyed the property but there were some things that prevented us from giving all 5 stars. Because we were there during the riots, we spent more time in the suite preparing meals and found the kitchen lacking in some basic food prepping items. Cookware, cutting boards and knives need to be upgraded. There was also insufficient toilet paper provided. Although close to the train station and the old port, we found the neighbourhoods we had to walk through to access them less than desirable.

Logement dans une maison ancienne bien rénovée, convenablement équipé , séjour agréable. Il est très calme mais néanmoins à proximité de beaucoup de commodités (métro, tramway, commerces, gare sncf accessible en 2 arrêts de metro), relativement proche des points d'intérêt touristiques. Juste 2 remarques qui sont des observations et pas des critiques :
A prendre en compte : l'étage est accessible par un escalier type échelle de meunier donc à déconseiller aux très jeunes enfants ou personnes ayant des limitations physiques. Également le logement est situé dans une rue assez pentue, ca ne nous a pas posé de soucis mais si on arrive en train il faut être capable de tirer sa valise dans la pente ;-)
Globalement logement très agréable que je recommande volontiers"

La Petite Provence Notre séjour dans la maison a été agréable et confortable. Smail nous a très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. La maison a un air familier et nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille. La terrasse avec vue sur le jardin vous donne un sentiment de paix et de tranquillité. Prendre un café ou du thé sur la terrasse est vraiment un plaisir. C’était la première fois que nous visitions Marseille et c’était une belle expérience. Les chambres étaient confortables. La cuisine était équipée. Je recommande vraiment l’endroit.

Ein sehr schönes Häuschen, gemütlich und sauber. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles wie auf den Bildern.
Alles was wir sehen wollten war fußläufig erreichbar. Für weiter entfernte Ziele ist eine Straßenbahn/ Bus und U Bahn in der Nähe!
Wir haben die kleine Terrasse super gerne genutzt.
Erwähnt werden muss auch, dass die Betten bequem waren.
Alles wie beschrieben, unbedingt zu empfehlen."

La Petite Provence "Een heerlijke plek om 2 weken te genieten van Marseille, zoals wij hebben gedaan. We waren met drie volwassenen en daar was ruimte genoeg voor. Fijne keuken, goed fornuis, alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig.
Het was schoon, rustig, goede bedden, gezellig ingericht.
De locatie is goed, een half uurtje lopen naar de haven en een leuk park om de hoek.
We hadden buiten een zalig plekje om te zitten, alleen hadden we wel de pech dat er ontzettend veel muggen waren.
Wat ons af en toe een beetje stoorde was dat de kleinkinderen van de eigenaar soms wat lawaaiig waren in de tuin, maar meestal was het er erg rustig.
We kunnen deze plek echt aanbevelen en we hopen er nog een keer terug te komen."

Très bonne Location!
La maison est propre, très fonctionnelle et très bien située. La terrasse est un vrai luxe ! Tout est fidèle à l'annonce, l'accueil a été très sympathique. Super séjour à Marseille. Nous recommandons vivement!
