1 bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer -

1 living room/lounge with corner sofa, TV, overlooking the veranda and garden -
1 kitchenette equipped with 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo -
On the first floor (under the attic):
1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with duvet -
1 room with 2 beds of 1 person with duvets -

WIFI. New equipment and bedding. Washing machine. Electric heating. Garden furniture and barbecue. Terraced house. Parking space in the street. Very good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 4 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent on a bi-weekly basis the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week). No animals.

Well located near the marina of Perros-Guirec, quiet because in the main street. An ideal starting point to discover the Côte de Granit Rose, its granite chaos, and the Grande Randonnée trail (GR34). Restaurants nearby.

A system issue

A lovely area in beautiful Brittany. The property was visually the same as the advertising photographs but they did not reveal the vast amount of ‘Knick-knacks’ ornaments etc nor the fact that the toilets were chemical toilets. But the biggest issue for us was the system, which meant we had to deal with a letting agent as well as VRBO This meant completing complex documentation in French in advance (we had to telephone the agency ultimately to get clarity) and had to collect from and return the keys to the agency, which was 15 minute drive from the property. I have completed less documentation when taking a six month let in England!

Schöne Wohnung mit angenehmen Wintergarten. Bis auf die Duschkabine alles relativ sauber. Es war im Vertrag nicht zu ersehen dass der Mieter reinigen muss. Schlechte Verständigung mit dem Personal des Service-Büros. Das Englisch war kaum zu verstehen. Aber, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Gegend, tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus ist knapp 150 Jahre alt und innen komplett durchsaniert. Der Wintergarten ist ein schöner Erweiterungsraum, durch den mittels der Glasschiebetüren ein guter Luftzug gehen kann, ebenso ist das Dach mit einer elektrischen Markise zuziehbar und bietet zusätzlich Schutz vor der Sonne. Drei Gehminuten bis zur Bar Breton unten an der belebten Hauptstraße, in der häufig Livebands auftreten. Bis zum Zentrum mit vielen netten Geschäften muss man den einmal die Straße mit einer netten Steigung erklimmen, dann geht es aber gerade weiter und nach ca. 10 Minuten ist man im Ort. Die Gegend ist einfach wunderschön und die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Merveilleux

Deux semaines de plein soleil en Bretagne Nord, ça n'était plus arrivé depuis 15 ans. Cela a fortement influé sur notre moral. Photos conformes à la réalité mais une déco encore plus magnifique. Véranda superbe avec banne pour les repas (maison orientée plein sud) et un joli jardin bien entretenu. Une seule surprise: nous avons été pris en charge (clefs, état des lieux..) par une agence immobilière ! Nous conseillons +++

Maison très agréable correspondant aux photos parues sur Abritel. Cette maison dégageait de bonnes ondes. Compte tenu de sa situation, pas nécessaire de prendre la voiture systématiquement.

Super location

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location ou il ne manque rien . La décoration est faite avec goût jusque dans les moindres détails . Seul bémol , l'internet n'a pas fonctionné jusqu'au vendredi malgré avoir prévenu dès le lundi matin .
