Perfect & cozy

We came to town to visit the canyons. This location was perfect! Everything was very clean, Jennifer was very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Feels like coming home!

This is my third time staying at this property. I love the familiar feeling on coming back each time. It has never disappointed at all! The owners are awesome and they are very prompt with meeting your needs or questions.

Great location near Parrott, GA

The accommodations were very comfortable and fully equipped. It met all of our expectations and more. The property owners were great to deal with and promptly answered all inquiries. The location is central with short drives to Americus and Albany.

Feels like home

If I could give extra stars for my stay, I would. Jennifer is an awesome host! The service was above and beyond what I could ever expect. The house felt so cozy and comfortable, just like home. I have family that I visit in this area, so this will be my first choice of where to call home whenever I’m visiting.

Peaceful stay

This property was as described. It was super clean. The host was communicative. She turned heaters on prior to our arrival as we were getting in later in night. Instructions were concise and in visible place by door. Thank you for a easy time and nice stay.

Quiet Farmhouse

This is the perfect stay for peace and quiet. Air conditioning works great, beds are comfortable, kitchen stocked well, and house offers a fire pit! Communication with Jennifer has been fantastic, probably my favorite host so far.

Nice Secluded Getaway

Wonderful trip to celebrate my anniversary. Close to Providence Canyon and shopping/dining, by close its all within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Great Country getaway

Jennifer was very helpful during our stay. The house was comfortable and clean. Providence Canyon State Park was beautiful and it was to far from some beautiful towns. Had a great stay!

A quiet time in the pines...

The property is a well maintained, renovated manufactured home with easy access, sleeping 6 (4 super comfortably), situated just in front of a thick pine stand. The host is exceptional and the home well stocked, and if you're coming in from a more urban area, the night sky is amazing: there's a cotton field just up the road that you can park outside of and see stars that you didn't even know existed!

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for a weekend to explore the local scenery and state parks. I’m spite of being an older unit, it is freshly remodeled and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it. The owner was very communicative and quick to respond.

We decided to convert this rental property into a fully furnished vacation rental due to the lack of desirable short term lodging options in our area.

This property sits on a 4 acre wooded lot with a large flat lawn. Perfect for one guest in town for business or passing thru, or a couples weekend getaway, and for families on a site seeing adventure. Also perfect for hunters and outdoorsmen. Lots of logging trails and red dirt roads nearby for orvs.
