About this property

This Oceanfront Apartment/Condo offers 2 bedroom/2 bath, located on the 8th floor. With a living space of 1,500 sqft to enjoy. The condo is completely furnished with a contemporary style. The living area opens to a large balcony with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Also, we have a large 50 inch TV in the living area. For sleeping arrangements, the bedrooms the master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, attached to its private bathroom with a jetted tub to relax. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. A guest bathroom is shared in the hallway. You can have extra bedding in the living room like the couch to sleep an additional guest.

As guests, you will have access to multiple resort-style amenities like a beach-style entrance infinity pool, an adult-only infinity pool, and a pool bar. We have multiple jacuzzis on our grounds with a private lounge area to sit at while relaxing next to the jacuzzi. You can work out in our oceanfront gym that has amazing views. Our location is right next to the famous Calafia Hotel.

NICE CONDO, GREAT VIEW, NOT ENOUGHT TOWELS, NO HAIR DRYER ONLY PROBLEM USING THE VRBO APP, DOES NOT WORK WELL, TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF MY HOST COULD NOT SEND ANY MESSAGES, TRY TO CALL HIM NO ANSWER, TRY TO TEXT HIM, HIS ANSWER WAS "NO-TEXT"

Mini Vacation stay

Overall the property was very nice. Workers, security were helpful. We did have to contact the owner for a door issue but he was great and arrived quickly to help us. the place was just missing a few little items I wish I'd known about. Overall a great stay.

Last Minute Cancellation

Everything looked amazing and tranquil and we were very excited to stay at the property. However, on the day of RIGHT before we left, I get a notification that our reservation was canceled. I was overcome with an overwhelming sense of confusion and anxiety because there was no conversation with the owner prior to the cancellation other than our names and information and we were given absolutely zero notice. The message he left explaining the cancellation just said "water leak on the property" with no apology for the last minute cancellation and/or inconvenience this had caused. I understand things happen and unforeseen circumstances arise, but he could have communicated better ahead of time providing a notice and not waiting an hour before check-in to inform us. We were definitely disappointed and upset as we had been planning this trip for weeks.

Kickoff to Summer

We couldn't have picked a better place... From the beautiful sunsets to waking up listening to the waves crashing right outside our balcony. Simply amazing! The property is very well kept. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Management was very attentive to our needs and extremely friendly. We felt safe and had a great time. We will be back!
