Beautiful villa for 8 people with private pool

We give a discount of eur. 250 per week in September!!

The Villa and consists of two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with large fireplace, a living room also with fireplace, a kitchen with all appliances, laundry room with washer / dryer and a separate toilet. From the lounge you come through double doors onto the terrace which gives a great view of the valley. The underground annex with terraces and a swimming pool is accessible by a staircase from the villa or via a path from the road. On this terrace you can enjoy all day sun and breathtaking views.

Très bel endroit, au calme, avec une très belle vue sur le hameau voisin. Seuls bémols : (I) l'agencement intérieur surprenant (salles de bains éloignées des chambres, obligeant à passer par la cuisine ou le salon pour aller de l'un à l'autre) et (II) l'absence de porte pour l'une des chambre. Sans cela, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Un séjour de reve

Tout à été parfait. Accueil très agréable et précis, propreté parfaite, équipements au top, maison spacieuse avec une âme. Nous avons pu faire des marches autour de la maison, nous avons visité , Rocamadour , Sarlat , Castenaud Bretenoux, Proumeyssac et les Milandes. Je recommande en toit point ce logement. Semaine en famille

Les deux maisons sont très belles et authentiques. Vue sur la vallée, très calme. Charme naturel de la région du Périgord. Il faut faire quelques kilomètres pour visiter les différents sites. Les points à améliorer concernent principalement l'équipement des maisons : Il n'y a pas de micro onde (on s en passe aisément), pas d'éponges ni liquide vaisselle, pas de sèche cheveux, pensez à prendre les bases en cuisines : sel/poivre, vinaigrette etc... car il ne reste rien sur place. Cela reste de simples détails, rien à redire sur le confort des maisons. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Merci à Robin pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons ! Il y a un supermarché à quelques minutes

Fantastische sfeervolle accomodatie!

Geweldig, enorm genoten van alle comfort, de omgeving en de sfeervolle inrichting. Communicatie verliep keurig en we zijn ook nog goed geholpen toen we op de terugweg een klapband kregen. Voor de hond ook een prachtige omgeving, absolute aanrader!

belle propriété mais : pas assez de matériel pour cuisiner.(pas de casserole etc) éclairage de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas les chaises salle à manger cassées (je suis tombée) entretien du jardin fait pendant que nous étions présents. dans les salles de bain aucun meuble pour poser nos affaires ménage très moyen (toiles d'araignée etc ) maison du haut pas cassez éclairage intérieur

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Zwei tolle Ferienhäuser mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und schönem Pool. Ruhige Lage, etwa abgelegen. Auto notwendig. Check in sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Had a great three week great place and location excellent just small downside yes internet available but no use had to use my phone with 4G to get anything also advertise microwave which both properties don’t have apart from that fab break will return even if I have to get booster for my 4G thanks to Robin who looked after us well. A part les problèmes d éclairage et une légère odeur d humidité dans le logement supérieur (vieille bâtisse et meuble) L'extérieur de la maison la piscine et la vue sont magnifique !! Il y a plein de départ de randonnée très sympa ! Très bon séjour !

Très beau séjour estival

La villa séparée en 2 maisons independantes permet de préserver des moments d'intimité. Tout le monde se retrouve autour de la piscine et de sa grande terrasse. La villa s'apprécie tout particulièrement par son espace extérieur. Une location à recommander pour des vacances estivales.

Superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en famille dans cette très belle maison avec une très belle vue sur vallée avec hameau sans vis à vis. Bien que la chaleur était caniculaire, grâce aux vielles pierres de construction traditionnelles, nous avons pu trouver un peu de douceur à l'interieur. La terrasse sur piscine est exposée sud, un parasol supplémentaire aurait été bienvenu à cette période très chaude. Merci encore pour l'accueil. Au plaisir de revenir chez vous.

Amazing property

We had 12 lovely days at this beautiful place. Two separate units sharing a common outdoor space makes this the perfect choice for two couples or families. The location is close to many of the most interesting and beautiful sights of Perigord Noir. The pool, the views from the terrace, the location, the local markets, restaurants, etc - a perfect vacation!

Fantastisch uitzicht

Heel sfeervol huis waar je goed met twee families kan verblijven. Een geweldig zwembad met waanzinnig uitzicht. Het leek alsof we in Toscane waren. Ook de omgeving is sprookjesachtig.

Wonderful peaceful/tranquil location, great infinity pool and patio area. Quite unique having the property split into 2 equally good spacious homes: we resided in the single storey property near the pool and my son and son in law stayed in the two storey building overlooking the pool. We are early risers they are late so this configuration was excellent. The rest of the time we spent together round the pool, swimming, eating and relaxing. The amenties in the locality were good, especially loved the patisseries and the markets which sold local produce. There are some good small ones close by but I think the 15/20 Mins trip to the one at Issigeac is well worth it, lovely setting too. We also had some excellent meals in the local restaurants, of which there are quite a few to choose from. Oh and Ruby our dog loved it as there was lots of walks - we went on a different one everyday. In fact we all loved it. The only downside was we only stayed a week- we wished we could have stayed longer.

Très bon séjour malgré quelques petits soucis...

Nous avons passé une semaine mi août à la villa Merle. Très bonne ambiance générale, piscine propre,ménage des maisons correct, belle vue. Suite aux orages, il y avait pas mal de soucis d’électricité et d'ampoules grillées. Mais une personne est passée assez rapidement pour faire son possible. La personne qui s'occupe des clés était disponible et sympathique. L'état général du matériel (vaisselle, plats, mobilier, équipements...) est correct. Il faudrait peut être changer le frigo de la maison d'en bas car il avait vraiment du mal à faire du froid. Sinon, l'ensemble est très joli et nous avons passé de très bons moments. A recommander.

My family and I stayed 1 week in Villa Merle in the summer of 2018, everything from the booking to the driving directions to the house itself, and the reception itself was absolutely perfect. An incredibly beautiful house, the setting for a great holiday for my family, it's definitely not the last time I've used Villa Merle.
