About this property

House with a pool in Cap Brun, very close to the beaches

Spacious rustic house located in the heart of the chic district of Cap Brun, 5 minutes from the beaches of Mourillon, Anse San Peyre, or Magaud beach. With a large garden without vis-à-vis, you will have plenty of time to have lunch or dinner with a good BBQ, listening to the sound of the cicadas, with your feet in the water of the large 40m² swimming pool. Children welcome, the house is well suited. There is even a large tree house under construction, which will be ready in the summer of 2024...

Note: the work on the pool and terrace dates from 2023, the house was not rented that year, and the previous comment is from before the work.

TOP - Le Mourillon

Immer wieder gerne.
