Apartment 101, Palm Beach has such amazing views of the landscaped gardens and beautiful Ocean. This unit has a lovely walkway through the lush tropical gardens onto the communal swimming pool, the short and convenient walking distance makes this unit ideal for quick access.
Palm Beach is a new condominium development with all the flair and amenities of a West Coast project, conveniently located on the South Coast 5 minutes outside of Bridgetown. Palm Beach boasts of stunning sea views from each and every unit and access to the magnificently manicured common grounds and lovely pool deck with very large swimming pool ideal for a day of glorious relaxation. This is a private community with a security guard on duty from 6pm-7am for added security. Palm Beach provides a maid service 3 days a week and is within 5 minutes journey from many amenities such as shopping, restaurants, and various activities.
As you enter apartment 101, the hallway is decorated with lovely old photos of Barbados then you continue onto the open plan kitchen and living. This really sets the mood for this gorgeous, tropical 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom apartment.
The 1st bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and ensuite bathroom and the Master suite features a king size bed and a large sitting area with a lovely writing desk. The room has been decorated in very calming blues, greens and neutral tones and there is a view of the sea while lying in the master bed. The ensuite master bathroom features double-vanity with granite counter top and a shower as well as a tub for long soaks after a hard day on the beach.
The patio can be accessed via double doors off the master bedroom or via the living room. The furniture in the patio and the living room is very rustic and beachy and really reminds you that you are on the beach in Barbados, on vacation! Welcome to paradise, put up your feet and relax a while.
