From the moment you open the door, you'll know that you've picked the right place to stay.

Rise N Shine is a well-appointed home with sleeping for 8 and 2 full bathrooms. This home is
bathed in light from the numerous windows throughout.

There are lots of places to sit together and enjoy each other's company…the kitchen table and
breakfast bar, the living room, the enclosed sun room, as well as the back deck.

The bright open kitchen provides lots of counter space for food prep. It's so nice having two up-
to-date bathrooms to choose from. With laundry facilities and air conditioning, this place has
everything you need for your vacation. It even has a big back yard for the kids to run around in
while you cook dinner on the bbq. And parking for 3 cars makes this vacation home easy to
share with loved ones.

Rise N Shine is a short walk away from Bernard Beach which is a quiet beach. Looking for a
little more action? Then jump into the car for a quick drive to Crystal Beach, Ridgeway and
Niagara Falls.

Not worth the money

This house is so chopped up. The only place to gather is around the kitchen table. Living room furniture is worn, dirty and uncomfortable. Beds were also uncomfortable. The dresser in one of the bedrooms has a hole where a drawer should be. There are NO closets in this entire house to hang clothes. There is an area by the door where the dirty mop is stored with a few hangers. The bathrooms are newer but no bathmat was provided for the slippy tub. The bathroom floors along with all the floors were dirty. The steps onto the deck are treacherous and have no railing. Everything in this house is mix and match. We called the rental company for glasses and additional towels. We also asked for a new frying pan since the one in the cabinet had burnt on food and was rusted. Also we were troubled all week with flying nats everywhere. I thought VRBO had standards for rentals but judging from this house, it does not. A real disappointment. Will rent from another company in the future

Great stay!

This was a great home for our needs. The house looks small from the outside but is surprisingly roomy on the inside. Interesting layout gave everyone their own space. Great location for our family visit as our family lived a couple blocks away. Would stay here again!

10 minute drive to Crystal beach

We had a nice time here and enjoyed walking on the nearby friendship trail and nearby beaches. My only disappointment was that the beach within walking distance is only 30 feet wide for the public, the rest is fenced and private so you cannot set up for the day. Luckily it was not too busy. I was looking for a cottage within walking distance to a beach. We did drive to Crescent Beach Park which is bigger and had a great time, as well as Crystal Beach. We were also so close to Safari Niagara which was fabulous for the kids. The check in and check out was so easy. The cottage had what we needed and expected. Bring extra supplies like garbage bags, laundry detergent, kitchen towels and hand towels. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes and necessities. The yard was huge, which was great and the street was nice and quiet.

Vacation

I would make a few suggestions? The rug in the living room should be replaced. There was only I dish towel, no dish cloth, no face cloths, no hand towels in bathrooms. First thing I did on Monday was purchase these items when I shopped for groceries. Instructions for tv would have been helpful. May seem trivial but were important to us. Overall rating may seem small but missing items were problematic.
