Enjoy our beautiful Lake Home. It is on the Water Beach & has Amazing views. It is a great place for families, couples, and friends to Relax, play, staycation, workcation. It is an ideal location and a great place to enjoy all year round.
amazing large patio area sitting on top of the water which is fantastic to enjoy; catching the sun; watching the beauty of the sunse; great for yoga etc. . If you prefer shade; we also have a large deck under a large tree that brings great shade. The water is sandy and gradual. There is often a nice sand bar depending on mother nature. It is a large bay great for nice walks. It is also great if you like water activities.

There is a great walking and biking trail close by. You are also within 15 minutes of great amenities and restaurants. We are dog friendly. We ask you to please pick up any doggy do.

No Parties. If you want to party, Do not book this property. We ask and require you to please respect the Neighbours and Environment. No Parties are permitted and No Noise Disturbances for the neighbors. The neighbors should not be able to hear you. Please no loud music, yelling, vulgar language, etc. This is at any time of day. There is zero tolerance as this is key for being good neighbors and for the bylaw.
Please note we have a NO PARTY POLICY. Music levels and noise needs to be kept to a reasonable level so as not to be heard by and as to not disturb the neighbors. We have to have a No Noise Neighbour Disturbance policy. It is a nice family area to enjoy.

Our lake home/cottage Four seasons. The fall is fantastic.

Our guests comments that the home is larger than the pictures show - 2200 sq feet. The master bedroom is large with a King Bed and ensuite. The large Sunroom is great overlooking the water for relaxing with the views. It's great for Yoga. The family room and kitchen are open concepts. large outside deck for dining and seating area that overlooks the water. . The sunroom is also amazing for yoga looking into the water and or relaxing all year. A great weber grill also.

You can bask in the sun or move to the large shaded deck to enjoy with mature trees Both overlook the water to enjoy the views. This is a private beach for the local cottage owners. The lake is only a few steps out the door. Litearally you are on top of it. Relax, walk, swim, read paddle, fish, and enjoy. The bay is known for great bass fishing. Enjoy nice walks along the beach or take a long walk on the trail.

Beach access is at the back, very close. Use at your own risk. Not supervised. Lake\ beach can change; Weather dependant. Should not use in storms, waves, etc.. See Niagararegion .ca for lake quality condition. Use of Beach stairs is at own risk; There is also Beach access at the St. corner with no stairs

Close to amenities like groceries, stores, golf courses, restaurants, bike trails, farmers markets, and only a short drive to Niagara Falls.
