This place is such a gem. We had a family vacation here in late June and it was the perfect setting. Having access to both a pool and the lakefront beach was a treat and the main living space is perfect for family dinners and games.

We rented the house this past week and it is a beautiful home with many amenities for the entire family. The game room, pool, beach and hot tub were big hits all week. There was also prompt and clear communication with the owner which was very helpful.

My family had a wonderful week at Bertie Bay Bliss. The cottage and location had something for everyone. My son-in-law was on the bike trails daily with his two children. We all had a lot of fun in the games room, and of course, the pool and hot tub were heavily used. Both were very clean and the depth of the pool and temperatures of both were perfect. The cottage is exactly as pictured. Loads of room for our 3 families. The guest house is a great addition. We called it the Granny cottage because that's where I (Granny) stayed.Terri Lynne, our host, is lovely. She was responsive and made sure that everything was perfect for us. Everyone agreed that it was an amazing cottage for our family holiday. Thanks so much for sharing this treasure.

This property was the perfect place to share a long weekend with our kids and grandkids!Private, but close enough to enjoy all that Niagara Falls had to offer. The pool, hot tub, shoreline and arcade were all added bonuses.

Great communication prior to our stay. Property was even more spectacular than the photos. Very clean. Easy access to busy Niagara Falls, while being in a quant town environment to drive back to and relax in the and hot tub.

Great for families on Lake Erie

We loved this house. The view when you walk in is awesome and the rooms are all quite spacious and comfortable. Central air, a beautiful kitchen, and the game room were all amazing for our family with a variety of age ranges.

great house, pool is so much fun, access to beach at side, kitchen is well equipped, easy to cook there for big group of 8 :) bunkie is quite cozy, comfy beds

Amazing place for families

We had four kids between 5-9, and the kids never ran out of things to do. From swimming in the pool to playing classic games on the arcade machines, the kids had so much fun. The place was also very well equipped and clean.

Great stay in the great lake

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house. It was set up well for two families (6 people total). It had everything we needed. It was an easy trip to the falls; Niagara on the Lake; and Buffalo. We highly recommend this house!

Perfect spot for our family

Our family of five enjoyed the gorgeous views, exploring the beach, the game room, the hot tub, and the extra large bunk beds. We can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool! Convenient location, just a few minutes from necessities, and less than half an hour from Niagara Falls.

Fabulous Place

We had a large family gathering of 3 generations and this place was enjoyed by everyone. Great facilities, including the pool and games room, lots of space and a large dining table that we could all sit around. The property manager was super responsive and helpful.

A place to relax and have family fun

The house suited our family well! Plenty of room and privacy for everyone! All parents and children had space and places to enjoy! The location was private and yet not far from many of the attractions of the area! The house entertained and was a great place to relax! It was a wonderful family trip!!
