Ideally located with a privileged access to the beach Maria Luisa (about 100 meters, 2 minutes walk), modern apartment, comfortable and furnished in a residential complex with swimming pools for Olhos de Agua and less than 6 km from Albufeira 30 kms to the airport of Faro.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, small storage room, balcony with private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. In the living room there is a sofa, a dining table with 4 chairs and a TV. The terrace overlooking the pools and a view of the sea, is equipped with a small table and chairs, benches ...
Located atop a small hill, the residential complex has a bar and a small gym. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people and is designed to provide a space for privacy and a safe environment for children.
Close to all amenities: restaurants, cafes, spa, supermarkets, bakeries, local market ....
The apartment must be left in the same condition it was delivered (and clean equipment in perfect working order).
The household must be done before you leave, if you wish you can take the cleaning option for an additional 30 euros.

Dirty laundry should be left in the basket to this effect in the bathroom.

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

Preferred day of arrival and departure: Saturday

Smashing apartment

This apt is in a lovely complex and great setting. It overlooks the pool and the balcony gets the sun throughout the day. The apartment is well appointed and nice and quiet. It is a few hundred meters from a nice beach and a restaurant. Highly recommend this apartment

Excelente apartamento com tudo o que é necessário e excelente localização. Apenas a 2 minutos da Praia Maria Luísa! Condomínio/Zona extremamente tranquila. Piscina magnifica. Proprietária de extrema confiança e de elevada disponibilidade. Recomendo vivamente para umas ferias super-tranquilas!

Lovley appartment

We stayed for 11 days in May lovley appartment the owner also helped us find another appartment for my parents as the complex over booked and cancelled there room 6 days before they were due to arrive .which we are very grateful .and can't thank them enough for doing this . We all hope to return next year the appartment had everything we needed beds were very comfortable .lovley view over the pool . Thanks for making our holiday

très bon séjour, je recommande cet appartement

Propriétaire vivant en France, réactive aux questions et sympathique. Résidence sécurisée. Très bon séjour, appartement situé au 1er étage par escaliers, propre, confortable hors mis un matelas trop dur à mon goût, très bien équipé avec balcon et piscine entretenue. Bonne situation pour visiter le sud du Portugal, plage en contrebas très proche 5' à pied, à noter l'accès se fait par escaliers et baignade non surveillée, sinon il y a la plage référencée d'olhos à 20' à pied environ. Olhos est une petite ville récente où se trouve commerces, supermarché, restaurants.

Apparte ment tranquille près de la mer

Appartement très tranquille près de albufeira dans le sud du portugal, loin des bruits de la vie nocturne des vacanciers, piscine agréable, logement très bien, tout confort et propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et nous y reviendrons certainement. Visite d albufeira, plage et découverte des grottes, ainsi que balade en bateau pour découvrir les dauphins, sortie en famille à aquashow parc, sensation et fou rire garanti.
