Awesome House - But Many Steep Steps

This is a fantastic house, but not for an 80th birthday week celebration with senior citizens. There are over 85 steps so bringing in luggage and groceries and even going up and down for bed was very challenging for us. I highly recommend the house for a young family or hire a bell hop service in advance.

Vacation

Check in could have been much more efficient. Instead of having to pick up a “code” from a rental company, the code could have been emailed or texted to the primary party and a house lock that unlocks at the check on time. The hot tub was filthy on the first and second days. The rental company attempted to remedy it on day one, however the guy sent was more interested in sitting on the deck with his phone. On day two, the next guy was able to clean up the hot tub by draining and refilling and placing a tone of chlorine in.

Excellent views and family friendly

Very clean. Main living area was very spacious for all the family. Kitchen was well equipped and loved having 2 dishwashers. We have been vacationing on Topsail for over 30 years and this was our favorite house! Really appreciated having high deck chair to view the ocean. We definitely would reserve this home again!
