Relaxing and enjoyable

Very roomy. All bedrooms are large. Living space very roomy. 3 bathrooms a definite plus. Laundry in unit is so convenient. 2 parking spots in gated parking is great considering general street parking is sparse. Wonderful ocean views. Some general maintenance needed. (the 4 in cleanliness is because the carpet needs to be cleaned) Otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Great stay in San Clemente

We rented this condo for a month. The reason we did this was to be with our twin 18 month grandkids, as we live in Florida. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully cool, with ocean breezes everywhere. The condo is on the beach, although there are 63 steps to the sand. It was not a problem for us, just a point of information. The condo had everything we needed. And if we had a question, Laura and the mgt team got back to us immediately. We had a terrific month and the twins loved the home. The train that comes by a few times a day was added entertainment for the boys. We hope to stay here again!
