Welcome to San Clemente!

Our ocean view 2bdr, 2-bath condo is centrally located in the heart of the Pier Bowl area just steps away from the ocean. Whether it’s a walk on the pier, a morning run on the beach trail, or a refreshing surf session, you are sure to enjoy your coastal activities in this old-style, Spanish colonial town. Choose to stay at our condo and realize you have found an ideal location!

Our building is an easy walk (two blocks) from historic downtown where you will find yourself surrounded by a variety of local shops and eateries. Beach and Pier access is just steps off the coastal side of property. San Clemente is located on the southern tip of Orange county and conveniently located just north of the San Diego region. Feel free to jump on the Amtrak Surfliner and you are just a train ride away from popular Southern California attractions.

Our first-floor, ocean view unit comes fully equipped with everything you need to make this place your home away from home. The bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and plenty of closet/storage space. The roomy bathrooms are modeled with granite stone. Roll over to the kitchen and find it furnished with modern, stainless steel appliances while the dining area offers a stunning view of the San Clemente Pier and coast.

Wonderful Month in San Clemente

We have been able to stay at this property in previous years. Each time has been enjoyable and rewarding. We had one minor issue with the front door sticking and the managers were quick to resolve the situation. The view of the ocean is amazing. I love walking and this area makes walking even more appealing. The condo is close to everything we enjoy doing including plays and music events in San Clemente. We would certainly rent this property in the future.

Great condo in a great pier side location!

I spent almost 3 months in this condo while working in the area. I really enjoyed my stay. The condo is just as pictured. It is remodeled throughout including very comfortable furniture in the living room, a new kitchen with gas stove, and bathrooms with granite. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. The location is a quick walk to Del Mar and the pier and there are beautiful views of the beach. The building is secured with locking gates and parking is plentiful. There is a coin operated laundry onsite as well as a pool and hot tub. Priscilla was great to work with as well. Couldn't ask for more!

Terrific Property

My wife and I live in Seattle and stayed the month of April in this property. It is very well appointed and quiet. We love to BBQ and the gas grills were right outside the door. The laundry is one flight away, was always available, and we like using several machines and getting it done quickly. The only slight disappointment was that the pool was not heated until May. The weather for us NW people was plenty warm to swim but the pool was too cold for the grand kids. San Clemente is a wonderful quiet little old California beach town with a great Sunday market and everything you need withing walking distance. The managers are helpful, attentive and there if you need them. We hope to go back.

Thoroughly enjoyable

It was hard to find one word that encompassed everything this condo offered: Location: walking distance to the pier & beach; restaurants & shops on Del Mar & El Camino Real; and the Casa Romantica. Views: the pier & the beautiful Pacific. Space: lots of room in the 2 bedrooms as there were no unnecessary pieces of furniture & closets were huge; dining area with table for 6. Amenities: fully equipped kitchen; WiFi; secure entry to building & parking. Another positive for us was that it was easy to clean because it was not full of clutter. Communication with our hosts was excellent as they answered our questions promptly & dealt with one very minor issue immediately. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Amazing location and view!

Couldn't be happier with the location and view on this property. Good amount of space inside the condo and covered garage parking. Garage parking allowed for no stair access directly into the condo which made for an easy to the condo. Manager was very responsive. Loved the easy walk down the stairs to the beach.

Million dollar view. Perfect location. Priscilla and Matthew were fabulous to deal with. Any questions you had they answered right away. Condo was very well-stocked beds were comfortable and the view of the ocean every morning for coffee just can’t be beat. Looking forward to next year. Also the little shops in town are fabulous

A perfect spot for our family to enjoy the beach and San Clemente lifestyle

This apartment suited our family of 4 perfectly for our 2 month stay. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect - just a stroll to the beach and pier and an easy walk up Avenida Del Mar to the shops, library etc. We felt right at home. Our host responded quickly to my questions and we were made to feel welcome.

A perfect location overlooking the pier on the beach in San Clemete!

This is an amazing location right at the heart of the beach and the pier in San Clemente. We could not have asked for s better place, or a better location. The access to shopping, hiking, biking, restaurants and bars is all just a short walk away. We are already looking forward to our next trip here!

Great place. Great views of ocean and pier. Sunsets and weather incredible. Quick and easy access to beach and Pier. Stayed better part of a month. Felt like home. Sleepy little town with great people. Also close to 1-5 to get to rest of S Cal. Can't wait to go back.
