Our stay at this apartment was exceptional. The photos accurately reflect the property, which is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for an extended stay. The location in Menton’s old town is ideal — just steps from the Basilica and within easy walking distance of markets, shops, and cafés. For those who enjoy exercise, it’s about a 2 km walk from the apartment to Italy for a cappuccino, and there’s a stunning 14 km coastal trail leading all the way to Monaco. Communication with the host was excellent, with prompt and helpful responses both before our arrival and during our stay. We were warmly welcomed by the host’s representative, Brigitte, who was professional and accommodating during check-in and check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed our 24-night stay and would be delighted to return on a future visit to Menton.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Menton. Place looked newly renovated and was very clean and well equipped. The apartment was exactly as the photos suggested. Had a great balcony overlooking the beach which we used often. Air conditioning was great as when we were in Menton it was very hot. The host was great to communicate with and her cleaner was very helpful. The option of a carpark in a nearby garage was appreciated as we had a car. Great access and very well positioned apartment. There are stars at leading back up from the property directly into the old town. There is usually a short set of stairs leading down to the main street (opposite the beach). Unfortunately, the entry to the main street was closed at the time of our stay - closed off by the council for road works - not the host's fault.
