Make sure to book this marvelous, oceanfront getaway and treat your guests and yourself with a one-of-a-kind vacation you'll never forget! Guests can take in the amazing ocean views from the master bedroom and living area in this condo. After a long day lounging by the community pool, guests can take advantage of dining on the balcony while listening to the sounds of the ocean. This family-friendly condo boasts a convenient outdoor shower, perfect to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the beach–you'll have direct beach access in case you'd like to dig your toes in the white, soft sands. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more to whip up tasty meals and beach snacks.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

The beautiful Isle of Palms beach is located just steps from the villa as well as the community pool. Rent bikes from the local shop and explore the paths around Wild Dunes. The Grand Pavilion is located just one mile down the street where you can eat and shop. Take a short drive to downtown Isle of Palms less than five miles away for additional dining and shopping. Make sure to visit downtown Charleston during your stay, just 17 miles away, where you can take tours, try the local cuisine, and shop! The Crabpot Players (four miles away) is a performing arts theater and they perform unique plays that will enchant everybody!

Pillows could use refreshing and like every vacation rental ever, the kitchen supplies are poor. Overall, we had a nice stay and were generally pleased with the condo.

The ocean view from the deck was a huge plus and the elevator great for moving luggage in and out. Proximity to Isle of Palms and Charleston - perfect!We did have a few issues upon check in with the access code to enter the unit. A call to the technican solved the issue pretty quickly. We also had issues accessing the wi-fi and it did take about 1.5 days to gain access however we did finally get the correct "network" and password information.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nice but a little dated with some maintenance issues, like doors peeling and rusting. Some things I noted while staying: Coffee pot had a small hole in the bottom, and molded coffee grounds left in it, mold covering shower head in master bedroom, washing machine full of mold and mildew, did not receive pool fobs with welcome packet and had to call to get them, unable to connect to internet. When I could get ahold of someone, they were efficient to respond (Internet, coffee pot, pool fobs). I found dirty clothes between the bed and night stand. Also, I have never stayed at a beach side condo that didn't provide beach towels for the guests. I cleaned all the mold with bleach myself and after that, the condo was comfortable. I probably would not stay here again.

Best part is convenient location to parking with an elevator, beach access, and pool. Internet was also great which was great for us since cell signal is tough. The drawbacks were 2 fold 1) the unit wasn’t very clean-shower was slimy with hair in it (linens were good though) 2) cookware could be updated. We like cooking and it’s a random assortment of cookware some of which is a bit rough.

Good apt in very nice spot, but poor wifi

Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice and comfortable apt, with a great view of the beach and a nice balcony. Two issues which should be addressed: first the twin beds in the small bedroom may work for kids but were really too small and uncomfortable for our 2 adults sons. Second, the wifi is terrible, 7 mbps which is ridiculous, and made our stay much less pleasant than it could have been, and our multiple requests to address it were largely ignored.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We frequently book our beach trips with Island Realty. Overall the property was nice but not as clean as we would like. Mold in shower and kitchen sink etc. Our water was cut the morning we had to check out and took a little time to turn on so we were delayed in checkout by 20 minutes. The cleaning crew came in little after 10:00am and told us checkout was at 10. I told them why we were delayed and they seemed unhappy almost rude. When we were leaving we saw one of the cleaning crew clipping his nails in the walkway which was quite unhygienic to us.

My family has been coming to Isle of Palms since 1981, and this unit was comfortable, has a lovely view and all you need for a great week. There was a pill and hair on the bathroom floor, dust bunnies in the corners of the bedrooms and thick dust on the lights and fans.
