STR2024-000030 permit number Located within walking distance to Kyle Field and TAMU. This unforgettable historical treasure is perfect for overnight guests, gameday weekends etc. The home was built in 1899 and was the home to the President of The University, and the floors are the original.

The flyover before the game comes right over the property. Gate access to a terrific back yard with 6 picnic tables. You may have a SMALL gathering in the backyard, but not inside the house.
The newly renovated home has 2 king-sized bedrooms with corresponding 2 baths (claw-foot tub and double head shower). House has a great kitchen with multiple living areas with family room and large dining room. Rocking chairs on the wrap-around porch for watching all the activity as the game begins. Outdoors is a huge lot with large trees. You can tailgate and walk to the game, but please do not allow your tailgating guests to enter the home or use the toilets. No parties. ONLY SMALL EVENTS IN BACK YARD. NONE ALLOWED INSIDE OF HOUSE>
Free parking with a driveway that offers parking for 4 vehicles. .
The design and comfort of this home is superb. High-quality everything. You will want to book it again and again. Everything is iconic and a must see. While there is a large upstairs bunk area, this will NOT be rented while you are renting the downstairs.

Long Term Stay

This is a beautiful historic property conveniently located next to Texas A&M University as well as central to College Station itself. I stayed here due to COVID relocation from my overseas assignment. Plenty of room and all the amenities included are fantastic. The host was super gracious and helpful with anything I might have needed as a long term stay. Although I have wanted for nothing in this home. I would definitely stay here again.

This home is amazing and designed by a professional. NO pets, parties or tobacco use of any kind on the property. No vaping or illegal substances.
We want you to enjoy the luxury of our home, and our property manager is adjacent to the property. This is a historic home and must be maintained as such. Only renters that will treat it with care and respect are welcome. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS inside the home unless pre-approved by the owner such as a sorority event without alcohol. Must contact owner for discussion and get written approval.

LOCATION, design, comfort, iconic, details, fine linens, high end mattresses, QUALITY place you will want to re book for every trip. Walking distance to Kyle Field and the Alumni Center, the flyover prior to the game comes over the property. Sit and relax and just enjoy the surroundings. You are close to a park and can see Kyle Field while you sip a glass of wine and rock in our wonderful chairs on our wrap around porch. There are two family rooms and you will talk about this place and all it's unique furnishings to everyone you know.
