Equipment au complet à l'exception de la machine à laver.Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible.Un bémol sur la quotation de la maison: proche de la mer effectivement mais dans la pratique, avec des enfants, il faut prendre la voiture pour accéder aux plages familiales (plusieurs à quelques minutes).
