TOPS'L Tides 0605 is a finely upgraded, sixth-floor condo with deluxe amenities and breathtaking views. The well-equipped, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, and watch your favorite movies or TV shows in the inviting living area complete with a flat screen TV. Right outside, the furnished balcony is the place to be to watch the beach wake up down below, relaxing afternoon naps, and some of those world famous Florida sunsets. On-site, guests can enjoy the many deluxe amenities including multiple beachfront pools, a beachside restaurant/bar, tennis and fitness facilities, and a tropical bar. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

For shopping, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are just a couple miles away or you can search for that perfect beach souvenir at one of several boutiques along Emerald Coast Parkway. And when you're not up for preparing meals at home, head west to the Destin area where you'll find several beachfront restaurants within a few miles of this resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful view & space

Loved it, beautiful view, comfy beds, plenty of things we needed for the time we were there. Normally a lot of hosts are stingy with the things they give you but we had plenty of linens & extra toiletries if we needed them. Checkout was a breeze, we did a little more than they asked but they didn’t make you do all the work plus pay a cleaning fee. This is our second time at this resort & we will continue to book directly through vacasa in the future.

The entire condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable! The oceanfront views from our condo were stunning and did not disappoint! The condo space was more spacious than I expected which was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio watching the ocean waves. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire master bath space to our liking. We enjoyed the amenities on the property , including the pool area, beach access, and pickle ball courts. I would definitely rent this condo again! I feel like we found the hidden gem!

TOPS'L Tides 0605

Overall we had a good stay. Home looked clean upon arrival. Floors seemed very sticky like they weren’t cleaned or cleaned with a dirty mop. When we stripped the beds I found a huge yellow stain on the bottom mattress protector. Cleaning staff left that and just placed another mattress protector over that one with fitted sheet and top sheet. They did not leave enough pillow cases for the pillows. But with all that I don’t think it is any fault of the home owner themselves. The condo was set up nicely with a beautiful straight on view of the beach.
