The accommodation is pleasant and comprises a living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a lovely sitting area for relaxing after an intense day. The accommodation has a terrace that will be much appreciated in both summer and winter.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television
You'll be well served by public transport, so you can stroll all over the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers close proximity to shops and restaurants.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 7th arrondissement, located between the Rhône River (to the west), the Cours Gambetta to the north, the 8th arrondissement to the east and the town of Saint-Fons to the south. It is the largest arrondissement in Lyon. It is located on an almost flat territory, the alluvial plain of the Rhône. It is home to some of the universities, the Cité Scolaire Internationale, the Halle Tony Garnier where there are many exhibitions and concerts, and the Parc de Gerland. The banks of the Rhône offer a very pleasant walk where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet night and day!
