Our stay was nothing short of wonderful! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, the home was clean, stocked, and close to restaurants, etc. we loved it. Would rent it again in the future!

I chose this quaint and beautiful bungalow to stay in for my wedding weekend in Downtown St Pete and I am very happy with that choice. Anita was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond when I asked her for permission to have my small bridal party, mother, MIL, and photographers present at the house to have our hair and makeup done and to get our getting-ready photos! She even left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge for my new husband and I to toast our new marriage with when we got home from the wedding! The house was lovely backdrop for our photos and perfectly suited our needs.

Family visit

We spent 5 days in St Petersburg visiting our daughter. The home we rented was very nice and comfortable. The location allowed us to walk to many of the restaurants or bars that we went to . Loved our stay and will definitely be back

Charming Classic home on quiet street

This was a very nice property that was beautifully decorated. It's located on a quiet residential street with easy highway access. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor seating area was great for hanging out in the evenings. My only complaint is a lack of ventilation: none of the windows could be opened, and there was no fan in the master bath. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and comfortable stay, great hospitality!

The bungalow was in a very safe neighborhood slightly outside of the downtown area but close enough to walk to downtown and lots of restaurants. The beds are very soft so maybe not perfect for someone that prefers a firmer mattress but that’s just personal preference. The water pressure in sinks is lower but shower pressure is wow! We appreciated having both streaming and cable tv options so that was definitely a plus. The host was fabulous with communication, and everything that we could have needed was provided, including some extra perks like coffee, water, and snacks which were very much appreciated! Very clean and comfortable, we very much enjoyed the stay!

Family Retreat

Exactly what was advertised and MORE! Hosts Anita, Vikki and Tom ensured from the moment we entered this charming bungalow - every detail was covered. From the welcome message, to books, local information, very detailed instructions on how to operate the tv/remote control (LOL) and more - we had everything we needed to enjoy our family time together! Especially noteworthy was the kitchen - clean and well stocked for simply heating up a cup of coffee to preparing a full meal (if we wanted to!) - Thank you for a wonderful home away from home!

Perfect location!

This unique house is perfectly situated in a historic neighborhood in St. Pete. We were able to walk and bike to the bay and museums. Everything was clean and easy to access. Anita left snacks and wine as well as beach equipment. The only complaint we had is the 2nd bathroom is connected to the kitchen, so a bit awkward for the 2nd couple. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.

Mother/ daughters annual Labor Day weekend trip

Stayed here with 3 grown daughters. Loved having 2 bedroom and 2 baths for getting ready. Quick inexpensive Uber ride to Pier but also walkable-about 20 minutes. So close to restaurants, coffee shops. Anita was very quick to respond and great suggestions. Took Pelican boat ride out to Egmont Key. Ate at Fresco's, Ceviche, Wild Child. St Pete is a great foodie town. Get a drink at Teaki at the Pier. Highly recommend-hope to be back !!!

Cute Bungalow

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The reason for coming to St. Pete is to visit my mother at her residence in an assisted living place but we wanted to have a place where she could be with us and eat the foods that she doesn't have at her residence. My sister and her husband brought her to this residence and my son fixed a South Carolina low country boil and there was a nice deck area to enjoy. Mom ate her share of shrimps, crab legs, andouille sausage, corn on the cob etc. The location was perfect to walk to many places. There is parking for two vehicles and the airport is almost a straight shot from there. We definitely will stay there again.

The home is beautifully updated while still preserving the character and details of the original architecture, which gave it a warm and inviting feel. This lovely little place was just perfect for my daughter and me to take a quick trip to St. Pete. It was very clean (I’m a clean freak), cozy, and had all we needed. As two females traveling, I want to note that we felt very safe in this neighborhood and house. The communication with the owners only added to that.
