This Condo has direct access to the sea. Divided into two levels, the living space is approximately 1,700 square feet. On the first floor a modern Italian Kitchen with breakfast bar opens onto a sitting area and a screened dinning veranda. An additional bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the first level. The second floor has a master bedroom and bathroom as well as a guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Laundry room and car park space are located on the ground floor.
