Renovated, quiet house with swimming pool and SPA, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards

Large house of 250 m2 in stones, renovated in a contemporary style, on 3500m2 of land, on the first slopes of Gaillac. Several terraces will allow you to enjoy the pool and the sun all day.
NEW IN 2016: a SPA at 37 ° C installed opposite the vines to relax while enjoying the view !!
NEW FOR 2018: installation of air conditioning upstairs.
NEW 2020: cleaning during the planned stay, Thursday early afternoon, 2h
 5 min from Gaillac, charming little town with all amenities (local market, cinema, museums ...), ideally located on the wine route, the country houses way: Cordes, Puycelsi, Castelnau de Montmiral, cited as the most beautiful villages of France. Walks on foot or by mountain bike (loan possible) will be pleasant on the many marked trails of the vineyard, the nearby Grésigne forest and the Aveyron gorges. 20 minutes from Albi (cathedral and palace of Berbie listed as UNESCO heritage, Toulouse-Lautrec museum ...) we are also only 30 minutes from Toulouse by motorway.

Beautiful Peaceful Getaway

We had a fantastic time at the property which was perfect in every way. Our hosts were fantastic and their care and kindness made this an absolutely wonderful holiday which we will never forget. The facilities are excellent, clean and the views from the house are amazing.

Wonderful Villa in Beautiful idyllic setting

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The view is superb and really relaxes you. Villa had all the mod cons and we especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Highly recommended

Un grand merci à Geneviève et Christian pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. La maison est très agréable, fidèle aux photos jointes à l'annonce. Elle offre un magnifique panorama sur la campagne environnante et est très bien située... enfin la région ne manque pas d'attraits... rien ne manque, que dire de plus ?

Geweldige plek, zowel het huis, het zwembad als het fenomenale uitzicht.

Het uitzicht vanuit het huis, het zwembad en de jacuzzi over de wijnranken en zonnebloemvelden is geweldig en we zagen zelfs herten lopen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, met heerlijke bedden, een keuken waarin alles is te vinden met zelfs twee koelkasten en alles is met smaak ingericht. Ondanks temparaturen van tegen de 40 graden bleef het huis aangenaam koel. In de tuin kun je niet alleen heerlijk zitten op het terras en bij het zwembad, maar ook onder de kastanjeboom, naast de olijf en met de geur van de aanwezige vijgenbomen. Alles was perfect schoon en de gastheer en vrouw zijn buitengewoon aardig en behulpzaam. In de omgeving zijn heel veel prachtige dorpen en stadjes. Ik raad deze lokatie zeker aan.

Vacances reposantes dans un cadre superbe

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en pleine nature dans une ravissante maison, grande, propre et moderne. Le paysage bucolique est parfait pour se ressourcer et profiter des belles journées ensoleillées autour de la piscine, dans le jardin ou dans le jacuzzi (d'où l'on peut admirer le soleil disparaître sur les vignes voisines). Pour parfaire davantage le tout, les propriétaires sont absolument charmants, au petit soin et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Vivement notre retour dans le Tarn !!

SUPERBES VACANCES à Carensac

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans la villa d'Isabelle et de son mari. La piscine a été très appreciée par les enfants et les adultes, sans compter le jacuzzi attenant, après de longues journées de visite. L'agencement de la villa est moderne, bien équipée, très spacieuse et fraiche. Les figues du jardin ont aussi été très appreciées. Quant à la disponibilité des propriétaires ou de leur famille pour toutes requêtes, elle fut infailliable. Sans compter la vue imprenable sur les vignes et les couchers de soleil alentours. Un très belle trouvaille pour des vacances familiales très reposantes.

Beautiful house with stunning views

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful house with a stunning view. The pool was good (temperature of pool was nice - 28 degree). The house is modern, clean and spacious and stays relatively cool inside. The reception by Isabelle and Stéphane was lovely. We would certainly recommand this house.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison spacieuse, bien aménagée et disposant d'une vue panoramique sur les vignobles et la campagne de GAILLAC. Cette maison donne l'impression d'être seuls au monde tout en étant à 10' de GAILLAC. La région est riche en lieux de visite sans avoir trop de km à faire et nous avons fortement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires

Parfait!

We had a perfect 2 week holiday. The weather was perfect, the property perfect and the hosts perfect! The property was immaculate, with all the facilities you would need and more. Beautiful views from the full length sliding windows on gound floor. It was like a picture postcard. Not overlooked at all and very private. Surrounded by vineyards and your very own field of sunflowers. Isabelle, Stephane and their family were all very kind and couldn't do enough for us. Nothing is too much trouble. The only thing I would say was the pool was beautiful and very clean, but very, very cold despite the very hot weather. I am used to unheated pools, but never as cold as this one. Perhaps because there is no cover? Don't hesitate, if they have the dates you want available - just go! You will not be disappointed and will have a wonderful time. Merci Jacqui pour votre commentaire et merci aussi d'avoir entretenu notre maison pendant la location. Nous l'avons retrouvée propre et dans un bon état. Vous avez été très respectueux de la maison et de son environnement. En ce qui concerne la piscine nous avons prévu de la couvrir avec un volet roulant ce qui permettra de gagner quelques degrés mais une piscine doit rester tout de même rafraîchissante... Best whishes !!!!

Un excellent séjour au cœur des vignes

La maison, calme et spacieuse, dispose de tout le confort d'une habitation principale. Association réussie de la modernité et des vielles pierres, avec une piscine et une terrasse bien exposées surplombant une belle vue sur la campagne vallonnée et les vignes. La location, très propre et entretenue, est tout à fait conforme aux photos et au descriptif. La situation géographique, à proximité de Gaillac, est idéale pour découvrir la région. Propriétaires très sympathiques. C'est une très belle location que nous recommanderions sans hésiter à des amis !
