Kaanapali Royal Luxury Spacious Condo with Ocean View (sleeps 4-6)

Ocean View Condo within walking distance to Kaanapali Beach (voted one of the best beaches in America) and Whaler's Village, a popular dining and shopping complex! The spacious, over 1700 square foot property sits on the 16th fairway of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course away from the crowds so spend your days on the beach or playing golf, and nights relaxing or enjoying a drink or dinner on your private lanai (patio)!

Located on the second floor, our condo is one of the few in the complex with direct access, and no stairs to enter.

The air-conditioned suite is equipped with a new unit iWave-R Air Purifier installed in the condo's cooling system and is tastefully decorated and features a spacious living room with a flat screen TV, equipped with complimentary cable, Blu-Ray DVD and the ability to stream your personal video service.

The large lanai with its gas grill and table for 6 is perfect for barbequing and dining on those warm Hawaiian nights. Relax at the beginning or end of your day in our reclining lounges.

The condo features a well-stocked fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a wine refrigerator. A dining area seats 6.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a full en-suite bathroom with walk in showers. The master suite has a California King bed, a 32" TV with complimentary cable, Blu-ray DVD and lanai access. The guest bedroom can be configured as two twin beds or a king bed. Just let us know your preferences. Sleeps four comfortably, but a queen sofa bed located in the living room will accommodate two additional guests.

Free wireless internet access is also provided (computer not included), and free long distance calling to anywhere in the US.

A washer and dryer are located inside the condo. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided.

The condo is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, and beach sand toys.

Kaanapali Royal is a beautiful gated condominium complex within the Kaanapali Beach Resort with secure parking and is located on the 16th fairway of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The complex features a pool area with lounge chairs, Jacuzzi hot tub, 2 gas grills and outdoor dining area. The complex also has two newly resurfaced, lighted tennis/basketball/pickleball courts.

The Kaanapali Beach Resort features two championship golf courses, a three mile long sandy beach (voted one of the best beaches in America), and Whaler's Village, a popular restaurant and shopping complex. We are just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Whaler's Village.

**Please note that there is a $164 parking fee for each car--two cars maximum. This fee is to be paid directly to the Kaanapali Royal Resort at the front desk.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A flat fee of $164 per car must be paid to the Kaanapali Royal office. This mandatory fee is set by the Kaanapali Royal AOAO and owner cannot waive.
Violation of no smoking rules will result in an additional $500 cleaning charge. Any reservation over 14 days is at the discretion of the owner.
No parties or events allowed in unit or on lanai (patio). Owner reserves the right to cancel reservation with no refund if cited for unruly conduct.

Great place to stay on first trip to Maui

Clean, spacious, comfortable, well furnished, great location. We loved that it was walking distance to Whaler’s Village and to the beach. The property manager checked in periodically with us to make sure everything was good, which it was. Overall, great experience. I expect we’ll be back.

Great view from the lanai

This is our 6th time on the island and our second time staying at the Kaanapali Royal. The view from the lanai is incredible and we enjoyed looking out in the morning and evening. Walking distance to the beach and the Whalers village was great for our teenage kids. Good supply of towels and beach equipment as well as a nicely stocked kitchen supplies. Would definitely come back again.

Paradise!

First and foremost - location was perfect!!! Easy walk to Whalers Village and the beach plus a quick drive to tons of stores and restaurants. I was a little nervous about having neighbors above, below and beside but I never heard anyone else. House was well stocked with anything we could ever need. Communication was great. We absolutely loved our stay in paradise and can’t wait to return to stay here again!

Great Property!

My family stayed here for a week during our Spring Break. We had a wonderful time & would definitely recommend staying here. The description is totally accurate. There is also a small shopping center closer than Whalers Village that had a coffee house, snorkel store & rentals, shave ice, a great Sushi restaurant, a general store, etc. If we weren’t interested in exploring the island it would be very easy to stay here the entire time. It was super clean and all the beds were so comfortable the whole family slept well! We will definitely return the next time we go to Maui! Thank you for the great hospitality!

Excellent location within walking distance to Kaanapali beach and right next to Roundtable pizza and the Snorkel Store. Plenty of space for family of 4 +1. Major plus was that it was at the same level as parking, so did not have to climb stairs.

The condo is comfortable and the area was fairly quiet. It’s about a half mile walk to beaches and restaurants. The host was responsive to our communication. Parking was good. ( There are 3 steps from the dining area to the living room and 3 in the master bedroom to be aware of. )

The property is very nice. Easy access to beach and fun in Lahaina. Checking in with the office for parking is a hassle, there should be online payment as tourists are busy during office hours. (The office is located in Bldg G, but is not marked anywhere) This is not the property owner’s fault however.

We have been coming to the Kaanapali Royal for over 20 years, and we have been an owner since 2013. In the fall of 2020, we decided to share our home with visitors to the island so others can truly experience the beauty and fun of Maui! Our family has surfed, snorkeled, boogie boarded, hiked and scuba dived this island, and fish tacos are our favorite! We recently moved from the Bay Area to Atlanta, Georgia but Maui will always be our home. Even though our primary home is in Atlanta, I am always available by text, phone or email. We also have a trusted on island contact if you need anything during your stay.

Why they chose this property

When we decided to purchase a home in Maui, we knew that it had to be the Kaanapali Royal since we had been coming with extended family to Kaanapali Royal for over 20 years. Kaanapali Royal is unique in that the condos are extremely spacious--over 1700 square feet with a large private lanai. You are in walking distance of the beach, shopping and excellent restaurants in the Whaler's Village. We love the fact that after your fun in the sun, you can escape the beach crowds and simply relax on your private lanai and in your air-conditioned condo.

What makes this property unique

My favorite thing to do is to wake up each morning, grab a cup of tea or coffee and go sit on our private lanai and watch Maui wake up. I love to take a morning walk and then return to make breakfast. After a day of fun, I especially love returning to the condo to relax and escape the beach crowds, grill dinner, watch a movie or tv series, or read a book. Since the condo is so spacious (over 1700 square feet) everyone has their own space.
