Charming house entirely renovated, ideally located in the dunes of St-Georges-de-la-Rivière, 150m from the beach. Perfectly suited for 4 people, looking for a change of scenery, peacefulness and tranquility by the sea. Barely out of the house, you can walk through the dunes and enjoy a swim in the sea, picnic or admire wonderful sunsets...

Ruhe pur

Es war sehr erholsam. Ruhige Lage richtig für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Das Haus liegt sehr gut. Keine 5 Minuten bis zum Meer, direkt an den Dünen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Größe ist genau wie beschrieben. Es hat alles super gepasst. Der Vermieter wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück, ist aber so gut von einander getrennt das jeder für sich ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und fragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für die tollen 12 Tage

Kleines, aber feines Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Küchenausstattung; alles vorhanden, Badezimmer: sauber und alles funktionierte. Wohnbereich hat 2 Couches. 2 Schlafzimmer (gute Betten) befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Den sehr netten Vermieter Bernhard haben wir erst am Abreisetag persönlich kennengelernt, da er sich zur gleichen Zeit im Urlaub befand. Aber kein Problem, er war für stets per WhatsApp oder Telefon für uns erreichbar. Zum Strand gelangt man zu Fuß in 3 Min. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein Paradis für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, Nichts für Partygänger

Top Lage in Strandnähe

Von aussen sieht das Haus eher unscheinbar aus, geht man hinein ist man allerdings sehr erstaunt, einen so schönen, großen und hellen Raum vorzufinden, mit Ess und Wohnbereich. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die oberen Schlafräume sind grosszügig für ein so kleines Haus. Auf der Terasse gibt es einen grossen Esstisch,Liegen und eine schöne Sitzecke. Ganz herzlich wurden wir vom Besitzer, Herrn Leprelle, mit Cidre und leckerem Gebäck empfangen. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. In wenigen Minuten ist man am sehr schönen breiten Sandstrand,der sich kilometerweit nach rechts und links erstreckt. Wunderbar, um sich bestens zu erholen!

Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen

Zunächst war es ein sehr herzlicher Empfang von Bernard am Anreisetag. Er selbst wohnt weiter hinten auf dem Grundstück, sodass er bei Bedarf immer verfügbar ist. Er erkundigte sich auch regelmäßig, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er ist ein sehr sehr guter Gastgeber. Die beiden Wohneinheiten sind aber so voneinander getrennt, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt - ca. 3 Minuten bis zum Strand und manchmal kann man das Meer rauschen hören. Schöne ruhige Gegend (kaum Autoverkehr) und auch der Strand ist nicht mit Badegästen überfüllt. Das Haus ist gut gelegen zwischen Cartert und Portbail und einen Fahrradverleih gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Wir waren gerne hier zu Gast und würden dieses Haus auch wieder buchen.
