L'appartement a un bon potentiel mais il manque cruellement d'entretien.La porte de la douche est casée donc c'est dangereux pour un enfant et l'eau ne s'évacue pas. Les toilettes fuient. Traces de moisissures. dans tout l'appartement

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Bien équipé. Tres gros bémol sur l'hygiène de la litterie. Les matelas sont sans alaises et les oreillers et couettes très sales : taches et grosses auréoles.

Descriptif de la location avec 1 chambre Faux, puisqu’il s’agit d’un studio-cabine. VMC non entretenue, les moisissures s’y développent allègrement ! Pas de quoi faire sécher du linge. Couvertures peu attirantes, une est même en piteux état et lits pour enfants qui laissent à désirer. Échanges froids et distants, je suis originaire du coin et j’ai honte d’une telle pratique.
