Located between Combloux and Megève, 800m from the Princesse slopes, this large, comfortable chalet of approximately 250 m2 comprises: In the basement: 2 garages, ski room, laundry room with washing machine, dishwasher and freezer, a small bedroom with bunk beds (90) and a single bed (90), shower room. On the 1st level: An entrance hall with WC, separate equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, and oven. A large living room with a sitting area and dining room, a double bedroom (140 cm bed) with shower room and WC. On the 2nd level: A double bedroom (140 cm bed) with balcony and bathroom/WC, a double bedroom (160 cm) with balcony and bathroom/WC, a triple bedroom (1 single bed and 140 cm bed) with shower room/WC connecting to a double bedroom (140 cm bed). (All bedrooms have duvets).
- To be paid upon arrival: Tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.

chalet très spacieux , avec belle vue

l'accueil a l'agence est correct ! beaucoup d'interdits sont notés sur le document que l'on nous remet et un détail surprenant : "Nous vous remercions d’occuper les lieux « bourgeoisement" je ne comprends pas très bien cette remarque !!!!!! nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce chalet ou il ne manque rien ! a part des canapés qui seraient parfaits devant les baies vitrées au lieu de ces fauteuils rangés et serrés dans un espace dans lequel il vaudrait mieux la table de repas ! nous nous sommes tous sentis très bien au point de vouloir le relouer l'année prochaine Belle vue acces au telecabine de la princesse en 5 mn a pieds AUchan a 3 mn en voiture et combloux a 25 mn a pieds très bien situé pour le ski

Una vacanza fantastica

La location è molto bella e la descrizione nell'annuncio accurato e rispondente alla realtà.La distanza dall'impianto di risalità LA PRINCESSE per lo sci è non oltre i 500 mt e si può tranquillamente andare a piedi lasciano gli gli e gli scarponi presso il noleggio ski vicino all'impianto.E' andato tutto molto bene e siamo stati guidati dall'agenzia per tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.Tutte le stanze da letto e relativi bagni sono ben tenuti e curatiLa stanza da letto al piano -1 (letto a castello e letto singolo) con relativo bagno (solo lavabo e doccia) risulta un pò angusta.Accogliere 14 persone a meno che non ci siano bambini fino ad un massimo di 14 anni risulta pertanto un pò scomodo.Noi eravamo 11 persone adulte e eravamo sistemati perfettamente e la stanza da letto al -1 l'abbiamo usata come cambio vestiario da sci e calzature rientrando dal garage.Ottima la dotazione della cucina con le relative attrezzature necessarie per ogni esigenza.Unico neo finale (se cos' lo possiamo chiamare) è che la sera prima della partenza sia il lavandino cucina che il bagno di una stanza si sono ostruiti probabilmente perchè la fossa biologica era piena e abbiamo avuto qualche problema sulla pulizia finale.Giudizio finale più che positivo.
