.This oceanfront resort in Poipu Beach Kauai, features amazing close views of the ocean, you are less than 100 yards from the ocean and less than a 5 minute walk from an amazing kid safe beach. Walk to stores and restaurants and many other cool shops at Kukuiula Village and other nearby centers. This classic boutique complex is quiet and very relaxing. The ocean view pool is so tranquilizing you might not want to leave the resort, but you will and being so close to everything is a huge plus .Our unit has a five star rating and is nearly 1,200 sq. ft. large enough to sleep 4, the two bathrooms makes this accommodation very desirable. With its great room design with views from most all areas of the unit. Fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet, washer and dryer to dry your towels and bathing suites. Morning starter kit including our custom blended and roasted Kauai Roasted coffee. Enjoy the on site front desk, Concierge and activities service, 24 hour emergency contact and response, free mid stay bath and bed linen change and trash removal for every seven nights, daily maid service available ( for additional charge), tennis and pickleball courts, weekly morning poolside "mea'ai me kope" with fresh brewed coffee, juices, and locally baked breakfast treats. We have just finished updating our bathrooms and it came out amazing, just an added amenity for your pleasure. Please Note we have an on island management agreement as well that is part of the VRBO rental.

Best VRBO ever!

Beautiful views from a perfect location. Convenient to beaches and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds. Rooms were surprisingly large and had a nice tradewind breeze. Easily the nicest decorated rental we ever stayed in- knew it was a win when we saw Robin McCoy's art on the walls. Would love to stay longer next time!

EXCELLENT FOR OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY!

This was our first time to Kauai and we could not have chosen a better condo to stay for our 25th Anniversary! Everything was excellent and the location perfect for all that we planned! The host was gracious in giving suggestions for things to do during our 10 days being on the island. Owners thought of everything that vacationers would want and need, even if they didn’t know it! Slight disappointment that second bathroom was under renovation. Some deep cleaning and carpet shampooing should be considered. But overall experience was incredible!

We’ve discovered our dream retreat in Kauai within the embrace of this VRBO condo. Both the owner and the property management team were not only responsive but an absolute joy to interact with. Nestled in the perfect spot in Poipu, this condo gifted us with breathtaking sunset views, enchanting whale sightings, and proximity to our beloved beaches and scenic walks. Whether it’s strolling to shops and restaurants or indulging in a round of golf, everything is conveniently within reach. It was my first trip to Kauai and I couldn't have gotten luckier. The condo is in a great location across the street from the beach. Watching the sunset from the balcony every night was magical. The unit is quite large and has everything you need, too.

Nice Koloa Property

The condo was nicely appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the impeccably maintained gardens and pool area. It took us a few days to learn how to work the tv’s but after all we came here to be outside. The unit needs some maintenance such as a new rug in the living room and some new hallway runners.

I know you will truly enjoy our property, it is decorated with many classic antiques from around the world. My wife Dana and I purchased this property in hopes of spending a few weeks a year on beautiful Kauai. We used to own a restaurant on Kauai called Dude Dogs in the Kukuiula center. Unfortunately I became ill and we had to close the restaurant. But now I am better and we decided to come home to this wonderful and amazing Island. I have been a real estate broker for over 45 years now and believe me when I say this, I have looked long and far and have finally found a little piece of heaven in our condo. We currently live in Pleasanton Calif. in the San Francisco bay area. I would say we have the best of both worlds, it is so hard leaving and going back to the bay, but if we didn't you wouldn't be able to enjoy what we have. Stay safe and enjoy.

Why they chose this property

This property as you can see by the photos is less than 100 yards off the ocean. It is also one of the few condos in our complex that gets nearly a year round view of the sunset, there are a couple of weeks in the early summer that you might have to walk out to the wall to see the sunset as it moves around to the West for a short period of time. That and the fact that you can walk to snorkeling or diving and also to a wonderful beach right in front of the Sheraton which is directly next door, and also shopping is within walking distance. Our if quite and private but the balcony view is second to none.
