Lake Powell Home with Pool

We are located in the center of the Grand circle of parks and recreation areas. The Big 5 are Utah's five Zion, Bryce Canyon Grand Canyon/North and South Rim. Our home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. Fully fence, large pool and seating area for families. NOTE: POOL IS NOT HEATED. The pool is winterized (closed) each year from November to April(Dates may vary based on current weather conditions,PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING)..
Located in the heart of Page, Az & hub to The Grand Circle. We are only minutes from Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend & Antelope Canyon. Explore Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, Lone Rock Beach, Vermillion Cliffs & much, more within hours of the home. Page's local restaurants, brewery, shopping & groceries stores are within walking distance.

This home has a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, plenty of space for family to enjoy the pool area.
Every bedroom has a TV, beach towels are provided, coffee and coffee maker, BBQ grill, pation seating with firepit and plenty of parking for boats and trailers (street parking) Safe and friendly neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Private swimming pool and yard. Large home with 5 bedrooms for family vacations. Master Suite located upstairs has remodeled private bathroom with queen sofa sleeper and King size bed with separate cooling unit.
