Creating memories is made easy while experiencing the beauty of a city like Page and Lake Powell from the comfort of our vacation rental.Our home is an amazing property for you to enjoy a relaxing and quiet afternoon from fun-filled day-time activities in the sun.This home is ideal for families or group of friends that are traveling together.Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets,the peaceful quiet away from the hustle of daily life and make sure to take advantage of the “full-moon” nights and gaze at the amazing “star-show” late in the night.
This spacious 1,800 square foot retreat has four bedrooms,two bathrooms,dinning area and an outdoor pation and is newly remodeled and furnished.

Description and details :
Living Area is a perfect place to chill and unwind after a long day of adventure;has a smart tv,dinning table,sectional couch;
The kitchen has custom cabinetry,granite countertops,and is equipped with stainless steel appliances,electric range,microwave,fridge,coffee maker with a coffee bar,toaster,spices,dishware and flatware;
The Master bedroom contains a king size bed,sliding doors leading onto the patio and a 65” smart tv.Master bathroom has double vanities,a walk-in shower and jetted bathtub.Toiletries are provided.
Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed,sliding doors leading onto the patio and a smart tv;
Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed and a smart tv;
Bedroom #4 has two bunk beds(2 twins and 2 full),a smart tv and two bean bags;
The main bathroom has a large bathtub and toiletries;
The laundry-room has a washer and a dryer,extra towels,laundry supplies,ironing board and an iron;
The back-yard has a large patio,with outdoor seating,a propane grill and yard space for the kids to play.
There is potential for 10 or 12 guests.You will have the entire home and property to yourself.The home has a large driveway,two car garage(upon request).

Lake Powell Prep and Launch

This house was lovely!! It was so perfect for our big family. We stayed here a few days to cook/bake and prep before a week on the lake. We were so comfortable and had everything needed. The three king sized beds and bunk room provided ample space for everyone. Cosmina was kind and quick to respond. She was super friendly and easy to work with. If the house is open next year before our annual trip we will consider booking again. THANK YOU!!

This house was perfect for my family of 8 to visit Page. It is very conveniently located. The house was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything you would want in a vacation rental. It made our stay in Page all the better. Thank you for such a nice place to stay! We hope to return to the area someday; there’s so much to see and do.

Beautiful home in a great location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The host was nice and communicated well. The home is near shops, restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay there again when we return.

Great property near Lake Powell

Great property. Really appreciated the ample parking space and room for parking the boat. Back yard was great for sitting outside and chatting in the evening and cooled off nicely as the sun started to go down. Definitely recommended.

Photos are an accurate representation of the home. We had no complaints. This will be a home we rent again on our return visits to Lake Powell. Amount of OFF the street parking was an added plus. Host was prompt with replies and very accommodating. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Great start for a new rental, just needs some tweaking.

PRO: Great host! She was very responsive and let us check in a few hours early Very clean property Nice and new furniture, towels, sheets, patio furniture Lots of bath towels which was so nice Backyard grill, fridge, washer and dryer were all really nice King beds in three rooms was awesome Large smart TVs in each room CONS: Water leaking in through sliding door all over floor from backyard, and door was very had to open Lack of kitchen supplies, almost every drawer was empty No measuring cups, cookie sheet, lots of basics missing House sleeps 10-12, but there were only utensils and dishes for 8 Stove was making weird noises Dishwasher was not secured and would fall out when loading Beds. Although the were great sizes, there was plastic covers on each bed. I provided the owner with some suggested mattress protectors on Amazon that don't make so much noise and aren't so uncomfortable. They were impossible to sleep on. **DISCLAIMER: The hostess was awesome and super responsive. I did make her aware of all these cons and hopefully she will make the necessary improvements and changes to make her stay a 5 star rating. But I wanted to make future renters aware of what we found so they can address what I deemed as issues, ahead of time, if they find them to be issues as well. There is a lot of potential for this rental to be great!

Nice place, loved the backyard space to lounge in the evenings and enjoyed eating dinners outside. Loved the open floor plan of kitchen/livingroom for family gatherings. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels. Host was very responsive and great to get back with me quickly with any questions. Very comfortable for our large group.

Great location!

This property was well suited for 7 guests! It was centrally located to all the excursions we had planned in Page, AZ. The house was tastefully decorated, the kitchen was stocked, and the backyard was very pleasant. The hosts were very friendly and helpful to our needs. This was a beautiful home and we would definitely stay here again.

Large, comfortable home

Home has four nice sized bedrooms and a large living room. Kitchen is well stocked and dining room looks out over large yard. Neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed the easy access to town and proximity to the nearby attractions. Host was very helpful and ready to assist.

Host was very accommodating with our needs. We hit the lake once or twice a year and it’s a hit or miss with the places we’ve stayed. Some were dives when the pictures looked great! Pictures can be deceiving but this place was accurate. Place felt and looked clean.

Great place to stay at but be aware of unexpected charges.

Enjoy the place and was clean. Before I left, I checked the house and everything looked great. A couple days later I get charge for breaking a piece on the awning outside patio and was accused us we broke it, saying it was on the ground when they went there. I am NOT happy being charge for something that we didn’t use or touch. I went in the back before we left and never saw it the piece they are claiming. We didn’t touch it in the backyard and hardly used the back yard with being at the lake all day. So be AWARE of being charge for property damage that you didn’t do and being accused for something we didn’t even use.
