Dear Maria, Thank you for your review. We would like to stress that our agency manages this apartment in self-catering mode. We like to think that in this way you can enjoy the experience of living in Verona like the locals. The apartment is located in a condominium, however we do not manage the entire building and issues such as elevator replacement (which you were promptly informed about at check-in) and noisy condominiums are beyond our control. In case of disturbing noises, one should behave as if it were happening at home, i.e. confronting those responsible for the noise. Regarding the air conditioning, we have not received any other reports about it from guests who entered before and after you, but we would have been happy to come and check it if you had let us know. Unfortunately there is little we can do if you don't communicate with us. We hope that you still manage to enjoy the beauty of our city. Best regards Dimore Verona Staff
