Welcome to Highland Ridge Cabin! Highland Ridge Cabin is a wonderful authentic 2 level log cabin in the prestigious Sherwood Forest Resort in Pigeon Forge. Sherwood Forest is a gated, private community with check-in available on site. The cabin sits alone at the top of the driveway at the end of the road, so it feels more secluded than the usual cabin in a resort neighborhood. The hot tub faces the woods with no neighbors in sight. Complete privacy for total relaxation!

The incline of the driveway affords you a cabin at the top with an unobstructed view of beautiful Mt. LeConte and those gorgeous Smoky Mountains. Sunrise over the mountains is spectacular, take your coffee out to the deck chairs, soak up the mountain view and listen to the birds sing while you plan your day's activities in Pigeon Forge or downtown Gatlinburg.

Highland Ridge Cabin is centrally located so you will easily be able to enjoy all the attractions the Smokies have to offer. It's close enough to the Parkway to be at Dollywood within minutes, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the modern world if you want to head to the Smoky Mountains National Park for a nature drive or a hike on one of the many trails.

The cabin sleeps up to 4 adults with a king bed upstairs in the main bedroom (en suite) and a queen bed in the ground floor bedroom. There is a bathroom on each floor. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for the children. The maximum occupancy of the cabin is 6 guests ages 0 and up.

*** COVID-19*** Our standard cancellation policy is in effect and we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance, particularly "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance. The ONLY EXCEPTION would be if the state of Tennessee or Sevier County mandate that short term rentals close.

CANCELLATIONS. Refund exceptions will NOT be made outside of our standard cancelation policy for COVID-related issues, including if you or any members of your group contract COVID or unable to travel.

This is the perfect little cabin! We had 3 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect size. The cabin was clean and had everything we could need. The location was perfect, we had beautiful Mountain View’s and we were still close to the parkway (about a 10 min drive to all the attractions). We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay our family. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. I had one very minor issue that the owner resolved quickly. We had a lovely stay at this cabin. The owner was very responsive to questions. The view is spectacular. The hot tub, video game machine and pool table were big hits with our group. The kitchen had everything we could need and the items were well kept. The driveway is steep and we parked at the top where it levels off a bit. This was the only negative. This was a great place to stay!

Welcome to Highland Ridge Cabin, located in the beautiful Sherwood Forest Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. We would love for you to make Highland Ridge Cabin your home away from home for your Great Smoky Mountain adventure.

We are the proud new owners, just purchased at the end of last year. We vacationed in the Great Smoky Mountains for the first time a couple of years back and fell in love with the area, the people and the gorgeous mountains. We knew then that we wanted to own a piece of that heaven and we knew it had to have a mountain view. Once we entered the Sherwood Forest Resort it was clear that was the place for us.

We hope when you come to visit that you will stay with us. We'd love to host you at Highland Ridge Cabin and we hope you make some beautiful memories here, as we have.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the location and views from Sherwood Forest Resort but yet we didn't love the cabins that sat one next to the other with no woods or privacy of any kind. Then we found our beloved Highland Ridge Cabin! It has all the benefits of a resort property --community swimming pool, manicured landscaping, security gates at entrance, lit roads at night...but none of the downside of being too close to neighbors and seeing everyone in their hot tubs! Our cabin is up at the end of the road, atop a hill, with the woods as our neighbor. You will need to drive up the fairly steep driveway, but don't be afraid...it's paved and there's a turnaround to get back down easily. And once you're up at the top...oh, the view...and the privacy. You won't even know you're in a resort!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful wooded setting with a mountain view yet only a 3 minute drive to the Parkway (light #10). The perfect location, only minutes to the attractions in Pigeon Forge...Dollywood, Dinner Shows, Grocery Stores, Shopping, Kids Activities and only minutes in the other direction to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking or nature drives. Best of both worlds!
