A very comfortable, brand-new chalet measuring 148 m², located at an elevation of 770 m in a quiet, sunny hamlet.<br>Sleeps 8.<br><br>On the ground floor, a toilet and a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen.<br>Upstairs, there are 2 shower rooms, 2 bedrooms with a 160/200 bed and TV, and in the other two nearly enclosed mezzanine bedrooms, one 140/190 bed in the first bedroom and two bunk beds in the second.<br><br>The chalet is located in Petit-Bornand, in the municipality of Glières Val de Borne in Haute-Savoie, 15 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, and 45 km from Annecy, Chamonix, and Geneva.<br><br>Sheets and towels are provided.<br>Washing machine.<br>Cot and playpen available upon request<br><br>No smoking<br>Pets are not allowed<br>Cleaning is required at the end of your stay<br>Parties and events are not permitted <br>We will send you photos and additional information upon request
