Located at an altitude of 1100m and facing south in a very peaceful nature, this typical and tastefully decorated Savoyard chalet will delight young people and adults whatever is the season.

Very comfortable and recently built, this spacious chalet has a balcony and a furnished terrace where you can dine or relax. You will find a large 2000 sq.m garden with a swing frame and a playground. Toboggan runs can be arranged during the snowy season.

Located very close to hiking trails, snowshoe itineraries or cross-country skiing, you will enjoy of peace, views and sun.

Court séjour (3 jours) dans ce superbe chalet bien conçu et joliment décoré. La situation géographique est idéale (même si ce n'est pas la Cluzaz) au calme et proche de départs de sentiers. L'accueil a été très agréable et Hugues est de bons conseils. Avec en plus la neige, notre séjour a été remarquable.

Nous avons passés un bon séjour malgré un WE très pluvieux. Le chalet est à Saint Jean de Six et non pas à La Clusaz. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible. Nous espérons prochainement y retourner.

Petite rectification sur la localisation: Chalet à Saint Jean de Sixte et non La Clusaz. L’environnement du chalet est agréable et calme malgré la mitoyenneté non notée dans l’annonce. Les photos intérieures sont bien représentatives du chalet, bien équipé et chaleureux. Nous avons passés deux belles semaines de vacances dans une région avec une multitude d’activités a faire.

Une location comme on aimerait en trouver plus souvent: - Un accueil chaleureux ou le propriétaire prend le temps de vous accueillir et de vous donner des conseils utiles sur le chalet et les bonnes adresses du coin, - Un chalet bénéficiant d'une vue sur la chaine des Aravis et une exposition (sud) exceptionnelle avec une aire de jeu à proximité idéale pour les descentes en luge, - Un chalet dont le confort, l'équipement et la décoration sont vraiment appréciables, - Une situation idéale permettant de varier les plaisirs en allant skier soit à la Clusaz soit au Grand Bornand, directement accessibles en navette en 8mn. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location.

Un chalet cosy à souhait perché dans la montagne en pleine nature au calme dans un environnement magnifique! Nous avons adoré. À 10 minutes à peine des pistes de la Clusaz en voiture. Pensez simplement à éventuellement venir avec des chaînes ou pneux neige pour parer à toute éventualité. Chalet très confortable et très bien équipé. On s'y sent comme à la maison! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci.
